Once the XBOX and PS3 systems catch up with the mobile devices they should start to see a massive increase in their turn over every month, as as it stands atm they aren't getting the capatial from either of the consoles yet due to the fact that they have fallen sooo far behind the mobile...
Im not saying theres a shortage, im just saying they need to spread the big hitters out a bit, and the moment their going hell for leather. And that list has some quality tables on it, (u missed out Safe Cracker and King Pin :-) ) that said that list is only 10 months worth of DLC. But i guess...
And then this time next year all they'll left with is run of the mill tables that wont hold the interest of the general user base, i feel its best to spread these big hitters out and not release them all at the start of TPA life. Alot of the really big tables will need kickstarters to bring them...
I dunno i have my reservations about it being AFM, i mean look at the last 3 DLC's bar the updated re-release table for each DLC, the new addition tables have been all fairly modern and very popular tables which makes me think it might be CFTBL. As if Farsight carry on with this 'Fan service'...
Its more or less certain that TAXI will be in the next DLC pack, but what do you think will be the accompanying table? Im going to say either, Creature From The Black Lagoon, Dr Dude or Attack From Mars. What do you guys think??
Finished!!!
I understand that the extra 22,499 raised will go towards the Star Trek Kickstarter? So that kickerstarter target should be 32,501? We should easily reach that then as we had 2300 odd backers for Twilight Zone so id guess 90% of them will back Star Trek aswell...i know i will.
Ill post here what i did in the MB sub forum as i think this step need to be taken....
You really think FS are that tight up for cash that one month without release 2 new tables would cause the company to folder??....i dont think so some how. Anyways the 360, Vita and PS3 DLC's should be out...
Hope one of the FS forum regulars will see either of these threads and mention it to the powers that be.
All FS would have to do is make an announcement via facebook stating that there will not be any new DLC next month and instead a massive update for bugs fixes, new features and letting the...
You really think FS are that tight up for cash that one month without release 2 new tables would cause the company to folder??....i dont think so some how. Anyways the 360, Vita and PS3 DLC's should be out next month so that would see them through to next pay day if what your saying is true!
If...
Just was watching this vid on the classic Jackbot table....

It really displays the light shows that pinball tables have, and think this is the sort of effect FS should be trying to achieve. Great interesting video anyway and is very...
Well Zen studios never appear to have all these problems getting there Pinball DLC's out in a timely fashion and they always arrive on each platform (Sony and Microsoft) in the same week!, so not sure what FS are playing at or maybe Zen Studios carries more clout
Whilst the new post processing option makes the tables look nicer, the hit on the fps is too great at this point even for my iPad 3 :(.
Hopefully it can be improved upon in time, as it seems to cut the frame rate in half atm so is not an option really :(
I think the 360 will always be a month behind on the DLC when compared to other platforms and it would appear SONY are even worse!!!!, as Microsoft & Sony certification process seem to take a lot longer than Apple and Android. So this has nothing to do with FS its Microsoft thats holding things...
Im in a slight dilemma now then. Ive donated $25 when the kickstarter first kicked off, and now they have announced that TNG will also be made if they hit 110K i would double my amount to $50 if it ment we got TNG aswell but i would only double my amount if TNG was guaranteed but im not...
A easy way to make the GI look better than what we have at the moment, would be to increase the contrast on the decal lights on the table, and decrease the playfeild contrast
This seems odd to me!!.
How come ST: TNG will require the exact same amount of funding (55K) as The Twilight Zone does!? Surely each table has different license fees that need to be paid, so something doesnt seem right here. Can anyone shed any light on this??
