I love the original tables, but only the ones in Pinball FX 2 (theme? modes? who knows). Biolab and Pasha are some of my favorite digital pinball machines. However I don't care for the Zen Pinball originals (El Dorado & V12 are my nightmares).
The theme might be tough to expand upon. Sure you have that but the Multiballs and other scoring features would be exactly the same. It is a neat gimmick but needs to be used really well or else the game won't leave a lasting impact.

Learned about Robocop from both CGR and Bowen Kerins' tutorial. While I dislike the unbalanced spinner scoring I find the rest of the game to be one of Data East's best. Love the funky music, the jump ramp shot, multiball... that million shot... the list could go on and on.

A Transformers. Do different pinball machines have different effects when thrown? Does throwing Transformers cause the receiving person to turn into Megatron?
Also be prepared to hear "There'll be a hot time in the old town tonight". A lot. The entire game is that. Sure you don't want to listen to Jim Carrey?
Data East had that problem a lot, you can't play TMNT without hearing "Serious pizza!" or "NINJA"
While the 1989 version does have a better theme the gameplay just sucks. Best strategy is to just loop the middle ramp for unlimited millions, even the multiball is not worth going for when you can do this. Also the Batcave looks like poop on that game.

I have never seen the TMNT arcade game but I am getting convinced to purchase the digital version of Turtles in Time just because PIZZA POWER
