Hope everyone enjoyed stuffing their face this past week...on pinball! Here's how things shook out with Captain America...

Okay, I gave in. Since it was available online and included free delivery, I bought God of War for $17 at GameStop. Realized I'd kick myself if I missed out on it. Also helped that on PSN Store there wasn't any additional DLC for it, so waiting for a GOTY version seemed pointless. So between...
Strobe is much improved, especially the flashers. Still not as dark as I hoped, but a good realistic compromise. And no, we still have not seen the unaltered versions.
Probably. They did change the uniform colors of the General to Army green and tan, looks way better in my opinion, fits the color scheme of the table. Floating walkie is fixed and animations all sync properly now too.
Believe me, FarSight paid for Ah-nolds voice in T2. If it is a celebrity voice over, especially if it was recorded specifically for pinball (think ST:TNG or T2), there's a license fee. If it is a WMS voice artist, even a now famous one like Tina Fey in MM, no worries. A table like Road Show...
Looking to double check they put everything back to normal? Hehe. On this site, no. From that Ars Technica article there was this about what was altered...
Pinball FX 3's digital recreations of the iconic Medieval Madness, Fish Tales, and Junk Yard tables feature many modifications to the...
Mars has been updated for sure, with slightly different rules. The only reason that one stands out for me is because the mobile eSports version of it clearly has different progression. I believe Epic Quest also has a slight variation. I can tell you that old tables look better than they ever...
Aw man, I was just at a GameStop today! I picked up Horizon Zero Dawn for $10 since I keep getting told I should play it. I didn’t even think to check on God of War. Although I’m kinda inclined to wait, as there’ll probably be a Game of the Year edition in a few months with whatever extras I’m...
Thanks for the input. I didn’t have all the tables so it was hard for me to say. Are people able to bring up a proof of purchase receipt on 360 like you could in the PSN store? If so, I would try submitting a copy of that along with a request for information on why certain tables didn’t...
If I’m not mistaken, when I transferred tables from the PS3 to PS4, only 20 tables were offered to transfer. I might be wrong on the number, but Zen did say it wasn’t a 100% deal. On Steam, transferring from FX2 to FX3 was complete other than the titles they lost licensing for. So what you are...
635 hours in TPA
144 hours in FX2
202 hours in FX3
82 minutes in Pinball Wicked
4 hours in SPA
15 hours in Yoshi's Island Express
I'm rather impressed that it only took a year for me to blow right past the hours I put into FX2 over the course of 3 years. Those TPA hours also don't reflect the...
First off, you don't look to 'strong arm' them. If you act as an unpleasant customer, you are more likely to get unpleasant results.
Now if you want any sort of help here from the community, you need to list the tables that didn't transfer. Until then, it'll be hard to offer any solutions.
That's an option you can turn on and off, keeping the original 'dot' appearance or having it smooth and blend everything together. I don't care for the latter at all, so for me it's dots or nothing. When playing Ghostbusters or AC/DC in TPA with DX11, that blended look is used too, and I hate it.
I am a Pat Lawlor fan, Whirlwind is essentially the reason. And no, TPA doesn’t do it justice. I’ve said it many times too, sitting next to Whirlwind at the arcade I worked in was Rollergames which is probably the closest Steve Ritchie ever came to making a PL style machine!
My mistake. Thought it was a general request.
I don't think they have any plans for challenge modes since it's for earning wizard power ups, that you can't use in Arcade mode. Still, I like where your head is at!
ColorDMD is an actual brand, a company. One of the owners actually runs the pinball league I'm in. I'm all in on Zen doing this, but it would be an additional licensing cost. That said, I think it'd make the perfect DLC add-on. Zen could always color it themselves, but I think I was told it...
Mel said that they are indeed looking into adding the new physics to Zen originals, but it is a very time consuming process and will have to be done pack by pack. They are thrilled that this community likes it so much that we want it applied to the rest of the game, but it's gonna take some...
I'm completely digital on PC, and Steam is entirely to blame. I didn't use my PC as a game system until I downloaded Steam for I think Portal. Once that door was opened though, whoosh. Music I went digital simply because of having an iPod. When you are converting everything to digital anyways...
I don't know this for fact, but let's say Zen has a 5 year plan. It would certainly make sense to spread out the AAA titles over that time so as to keep the excitement up with each new release. I think the general worry is a carry over from TPA, which is to say people want the major titles quick...
