Mobile is happening. It will not be within the current Zen pinball app (they have been working on something new that will be much more like FX3), but will be it's own thing at first, sort of like how Star Wars from Zen gets its own app. No time frame yet, but it is actively being worked on. WMS...
Announcement about the rest of what's happening with the Williams tables including release date and pricing will be posted at 10am Pacific right here on the site. I'm just waiting to push the 'go' button to publish the info.
Keep in mind how small FarSight is in relation to Zen. I’m sure Zen has a dedicated social media person as opposed to FarSight having someone who has social media in addition to a host of other duties.
In addition to listening to our podcast, you can also read the essay I wrote for This Week In Pinball that covers the same topic for those less familiar with the digital pinball scene.

I don't care for movie reboots when there was nothing wrong with the original. If you are going to do a reboot, do it to a movie that had potential to be something great but clearly missed the mark. Or do it to a movie that has clearly aged horribly whether because of fashion, themes, or...
It is interesting, the designers and their tables. I absolutely hate Masters if the Force but really do like this Solo table. I love Aliens and am happy with what has been done with Lando. I also really like Isolation, but the rest of his tables do nothing for me.
I hate to say it, but the few times videos of theirs have been posted here and I've watched, I feel dumber for it. Most of the people on this forum know more about the ins and outs of digital pinball then those two. To me they are the equivalent of Facebook commenters.
I want to say I did try that and didn't notice any effect, but not positive. And yeah, it doesn't really matter since I'm fully a Steam player.
I never had issue with Guitar Hero or Rock Band because both those had calibration tools that allowed you to delay or advance you inputs by...
Trust me, first thing I did was turn off every last picture ‘enhancement’ when I turned it on, then did a little color calibration. All my stuff goes through a receiver, then to the TV, so that also might be introducing a millisecond of lag that I only notice for pinball.
Agreed in every respect. That 3rd table indeed is the weak link, as it us very repetitive. The other two I feel like I’ve barely cracked the surface on and both have some fun shots.
My 4K tv unfortunately has a tiny bit of lag on it, and I can't play Zen or TPA on it through the PS4 without retraining the muscle memory for when to flip. Same with playing through the Switch. When I upgrade my computer monitor someday, it'll be to 4K.
We appreciate the sympathy from the rest of the world about being led by the Cheeto. There's a large swath of our country that thinks he's great, there's another portion that doesn't but voted for him and don't want to admit they might have had a change of heart, and then there's the other half...
So what you're saying is I need to rotate my 65" TV into portrait and play? HA!
Still, gotta believe those that ordered the Arcooda cabs with 4K monitor should be happy.
It's never been 100% confirmed. The language used is more that the license can be used for digital representation, but I don't believe it covers the cost. It essentially eliminates the need to go through lawyers again. We have estimated that it could be as early as Metallica, but for sure by...
I'll ask not only if they can, but if they would. I have made the suggestion to team up with ColorDMD in our private threads a few times. Did Williams have alt back glass? And in terms of alt flippers, do you mean just in color, rubber type, or do you mean something else like swapping lightning...
