I'm baaaack!
Spent lots of time with Star Wars, Tales from the Crypt, NASCAR, and Riverboat Gambler today. Sadly was never able to get to Party Zone, Johnny Mnemonic was gone (again?), Transporter was off, you get the idea. But I did enjoy the games I listed above. Star Wars has the new 2012...
Hello,
I am now taking control of the news thread. I have updated the first page to provide info about recent releases. Working on this is hard... but it's worth it to help bring out news about The Pinball Arcade to people!
Haven't played much pinball today - but I am tomorrow. Heading to Pinball Wizard Arcade to catch up on Data East machines and others. Also going to have focus time with the new machines: Star Trek LE and Wizard of Oz. Also of course I'm going to play some Nascar and Party Zone as well - you know...
What I'm worried about is that preserving Stern tables on digital format could reduce their rarity in real-life format. If FarSight recreated every SAM system Stern table ever, then Stern might as well become a digital company. After all, some of them are less than 5 years old.

I'm hoping to get some time with Banzai Run and Cyclone, two tables which look awesome...

BUMP:
GRC's still making immature jabs at TNT. They're shutting down their YouTube channel until April 1st: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VhdnFNPhRMI
jaredmorgs, TNT Amusements have also updated their end stinger. Very hilarious, can't ruin it for you. They also seem to be focusing a bit more...
I also don't like the "theming" of Zen's tables. Instead of having anything to do with advancing a plot (ie. The Addams Family, The Shadow) you're just spelling stuff on the playfield to start multiballs. I can deal with that in moderation but in Zen it just gets way out of control.
