Decided to send an email to Sarah St. John, propertior of the huge PWA arcade in NH. Sounds like she has some new games coming up, so for Bostonians, here's a list of new games she has at the moment:
Johnny Mnemonic: She did have this one before, but it's been out of order for a while...
Personally, I'd be better off with the following schedule:
August through September: Normal schedule.
October through Novenber: One new table, major fix to a previous table.
December: Well done, Thing, you're really on the ball!
January through February: Same as the past two months.
March...
OK, fine, I'll admit: I like MC a tiny bit. I like the music, I like the roulette wheel... But I don't like the unbalanced 10,000,000 shot. I kinda like the multiball... but I ABSOLUTELY HATE the translite.
Yeah, actually:
I played Monte Carlo at a friends house (in perfect condition), but it feels like a High Speed ripoff;
Gold Wings has the strangest playfield layout ever, looks quite interesting;
and Spring Break is just a ripoff of Goin' Nuts.
My Top 10:
Big House - blowing the bridge looks to be a very promising feature
Bone Busters - Unique playfield layout with Shadow-like diverts. "I need to go to the restroom!"
Cactus Jack's- Utter craziness. "SURPRISE, TENDERFOOT!"
Class of 1812- Like MB, except not.
Cue Ball Wizard- Great...
Sure, but he has five more people to pick up along the way: Gorbachov, Marylin Monroe, Pin*Bot, Santa, and Dracula. Seriously, how did five well known people gather up in a suburban neighborhood? ;)
