Start multiball, as quickly as possible. Knock down the Queens Chamber drops for the EB. Keep multiball going.
One thing: the use the top right spot target to clear the 1-2-3-4 drops. Easy from either flipper and far safer.
Interesting...
Not just Centaur but a bunch of other tables too. See the "---" names?
Of course there are still plenty of suspect scores out there still - like the top 3 scores on Firepower, for instance. If Tarek can't get 10M on that table I seriously doubt anyone can. Let alone 100M...
What also gets me are tables that look great but don't play great. There was a Whirlwind in wonderfully shiny condition but it was near impossible to make ramp shots. A real WW should not be like that. Compared to the one I played at Free Gold Watch in SF back in March, I'd rather play the...
So I got to play a real HRC for the first time yesterday. I can helpfully confirm that yes, it is indeed quite possible to shoot the right orbit from a trap on the left flipper.
Last one before I leave. Maybe more later. A beautiful Black Hole. A still doesn't do the backglass justice. Playing it shows how badly TPA botched the physics :(
Busy. Lines too long for the tournament, Hobbit and Big L. Maybe if I were doing both days I'd spend time on line.
Anyway, here's a really nice Cyclone worth every penny of the $3000 it's on sale for.
Jack > Pin > Bride. Especially if we're talking TPA versions. Real-world I'd probably go Jack > Bride > Pin. But... and it's a big But... I've never played a real Jack*Bot, or if I have, it was one or two games 20 years ago.
In terms of owning my own table, Pin*Bot is high on the list of...
How does the MK3 hint work?
Also, I've gotten a Cow once. If you Cheat during the opening animation of Casino Run, there will be an audible "Moo", and you can spin a Cow. I don't know what it does.
Specials score 1M. So they're not really worth anything. Unlike some tournament settings...
I you have the Tapatalk App on your device and you have a Tapatalk account (not just a TPA account), then you can directly upload photos from Tapatalk and they will be automagically hosted by Tapatalk. That's what I plan on doing tomorrow (bye bye data plan allowance...).
