The real key to CC is bonus. Longer balls + higher bonus x = crazy high bonus. I've gone over 100M easily. Use multiball to keep feeding the jets, that achieves both goals. Showdown is best for this since you can keep it going forever.

vsync only kicks in if you force fullscreen with Alt+Enter. I think instead of vsync you can also force the GPU to use a set refresh rate, but I think using vsync is better (because?).

The lighting slider label fonts are still smaller than the rest of the menu fonts, and the highlights under the lighting sliders are still misalinged. I haven't checked the TAF Gold Gold Mode On/Off option to see if that's still superimposed with the lighting sliders since the new version.
