It's been there since the table was released.

A lot of the lamps in MB look very washed out, even at 0%. The left/right lamps showing the progression towards Ball & Chain for instance, and Phantom Flip lamps in the inlanes.

Check in the bugs thread there is a simple fix/workaround.

Having done it once, I'm not sure I could be bothered to do it again. There is also the other rumored backdoor billion available if you light an EB with EB's already lit in all 4 inlanes/outlanes. I suppose using ball control/Thing ball you might be able to set that up just to see if it's true.

Correct VSync is not switched on in the beta, either lock your monitor's refresh rate to 60Hz or (better) go to your GPU settings and switch on VSync for pinballarcadedx11.exe (note - this only works in fullscreen mode, use Alt+Enter to force fullscreen).

+1. Added advantage is it doesn't need an external power supply. Just plug it in and go no messing with 6-pin connectors or your PSU.
