The fact you can try the site in 3D is pretty unique. I can't get it to work on my laptop, but I would imagine if you have a 3D display and vid card it would look, well, different than other websites.
Their Game catalog is an interesting read.
There are two "high" options:
1. High textures, which is what we have now for devices that support it.
2. High polygons, which was shelved due to concerns with performance on low end devices.
Point 2 requires updates to all REZ table models to boost the number of polygons used in the models...
I get what you're saying here netizen. I can actually see this as a way of supporting the powerful/budget game experience argument for Android as well.
Those on the budget build could play the game, but there could be a disclaimer about low-end devices not playing the game well.
Powerful...
Do you have developer options enabled in your settings menu? If you don't, you need to tap the build number in the About Device screen until it tells you that you are a developer.

No, the app must be updated with REZ flags to trigger the REZ file update.
That is the only official time that the table files get updated. Or when Ryan releases a beta build and we need to download the latest REZ files for the new tables.
Try turning on 4x MSAA in the Android Developer menu of your device and see if that smoothes out the jagged edges.
May cause a performance hit.

It's not about the complexity of the rule sets or mechanics. It's about correctly emulating the processor chipset.
As I understand it, modern chipsets are easier to orchestrate the timing sync (CPU clock speed) on. Older chipsets run at a very low clock speed compared to late 80's and 90's...
*Attack From Mars*
Probably the finest example of lighting and alpha planes in _any_ TPA table to date.
Top playfield with flashers going.
Cropped launcher view.
BLAST THOSE MARTIANS!
Side view of the table, showing the detail in the playfield.
I was lucky enough to get a Gen 2 Nexus 7 a few days ago.
tl:dr
This thing is an absolute beast. The current set of tables have absolutely Zero issues performance wise using this device. Which is not surprising considering this device is about twice as powerful as my Tegra 3 TF300T.
Let me...
Yeah, I got that figured out as well. The secret is to set the analog d-pad as a digital pad (a check box in the new interface), and position the control in such a way that when pressed it triggers the diagonal left and diagonal right touch zones, and down to trigger the up nudge.
