This is how I feel as well. I'm not of fan of Zen's current stuff, but I would have no problem with Zen getting the Stern license if they are planning to make them as realistic as possible. The amount of polish would be pretty incredible.
There is a built-in image uploader here if you click the Insert Image button...but I've been using sites like Imgur for so long that it's 2nd nature and very quick (drag & drop and copy/paste the code).

Unless you're going to be playing VP tables (which you should), you honestly may never get to utilize a DMD. The latest VP tables are pretty impressive though (better than TPA in some aspects) so I think it'd be a shame...
Multi-monitor support has been a standard on video cards for well over a decade, so you should be fine. :)
DisplayPort is just a port on videocards. The cables you get are adaptors, so you can get a DisplayPort to HDMI or DisplayPort to DVI, etc.
Modern video cards can do multi-monitor support easily by default, so you just need the proper cables. I personally recommend something in the Nvidia GTX 9xx series. The 970 seems to be the sweet spot.
