Oh, I see. So up to this point, all their designers have decided to go down the "very little realism" route. :)
Jokes aside, I've never understood why they don't offer a "simulation" mode or something. If their engine is capable of it then it seems like a no-brainier.
Full Tilt 2 had some cool tables for the time as well. Played them a ton...until Timeshock came along, then it was hard to go back to Full Tilt physics.
It just really stings since they initially made it seem like it was something they were excited about doing (they posted pics of their cab in action, etc.).
Why can't they just dedicate a couple weeks to it and get it done? It's **** like this that really burns my britches when it comes to...
SYT even said in the private podcast forum before recording this episode that he wanted to get this one out ASAP because people had been asking about cab support more lately, so he's the exact opposite of a dick. :)
Pretty sad the way they've treated the PC community, to be honest. It's no wonder that I don't play this game anymore :(
edit:
...when I say "they" I mean the management...not Mike and the devs, which have always been great.
Yes, you can record with the computer. If you have an Nvida card, you can use Nvidia's Shadowplay (it's integrated into your video driver software) or otherwise you can use a program such as FRAPS. Windows 10 also has a game DVR function built-in
I'd probably say TZ, followed by the other Lawlor pins. I just don't dig his style as much as some do. Don't get me wrong; they're great machines. Just a bit overrated, IMO.
