That is horrible! Swedish Fish are the best kind of fish! I just picked up up a 14oz bag at the store today coincidentally. I had to tone it down from the super-sized bag I got last time (something like 45oz).
I'd also be in favor of Fathom coming to TPA by the way. I've never played it but...
I'm not sure that you need that many shifts to start secret mania but that is a fair point, you would need downshift then. I'll test it out a bit tomorrow but I think I've started it with just one up-down-up move on the shifter. I don't know why I ever even start it though, it seems like I...
They have said it would be difficult but they have also said it could be possible, so at least they are actively thinking about it. Honestly I don't see how its all that much different than what they did for CV, just slightly more involved. After having a chance to play it for the first time a...
I just shift with my knee when my hands are busy with the flippers.. no wait that's when I'm playing in the garage, nevermind.
Other than during Video Mode there is no downshift (and there's no real need for it there - winning vm is easy staying in 5th gear right from the start) so I don't...
Ok, its just a simple mistake. No need to get overly upset. Even the delays in new content just mean that there will be a time when we get a bunch at once, so look forward to that.
So we skip right over #29 assuming its Diner and already start guessing at #30 so far in advance.. ok I'll play along. I'll guess Road Show for September.
Yeah I noticed that too. I guess with all the problems on the EU PSN side and the ramping up on XBOX its understanable that's where their focus will be right now. I've been busy playing lots of real pinball lately so I guess its easy for me to wait for new TPA content.
Speaking of the...
The layout of this table actually looks really good. The boutique guys are really ratcheting up the competition with some good designs. This isn't quite to the level of Wrath of Olympus but its close. With the recent MMR news it makes you wonder if these guys might contract Stern to build the...
Same here unfortunately. They swapped out a pretty nice Family Guy very near my house for a pretty beat-up MM. It has a bunch of switch issues, including a trough problem that shorts you on balls during multi-ball, so its a little disappointing to play. I still stop once in a while though...
Simple - you can sell pins you don't like, and pins can be turned off. Therefore pins > kids.
I have 3 pinball machines and 0 children and I'm ok with those numbers (maybe need more pins if anything).
This is a good point, its not even that hard to do it on the real machine. You know its going to be pretty easy in TPA.. I'm sure somebody would top 10 billion on the first day its released.
I can't really agree with saying there are a lot that should come first. Of the premium tables in that list I would only put LOTR and TSPP ahead of Metallica as candidates for TPA. Those two will always be perfect candidates becuase of being both very popular licenses and great machines with...
Congrats, that a hell of a present. ST is a good game, you won't be disappointed. There's supposed to be another code update coming soon too that will make it even better.
You've obviously been playing the games on location around me, and here I always assumed your location meant NYC.
Metallica is quite good, especially with the new code. If FS was able to emulate the SAM games (as Karl mentioned) it would be an excellent choice to bring to TPA at some point...
I liked the format too. I didn't get to play much because of lack of time, just one or two games on each table was all I had time for, but with the normal format I wouldn't have been able to get through all of the tables. I hope they use this format again for the next tournament and hopefully...
