He said gold edition MIGHT be only for certain kickstart levels, with the possibility of it coming to the masses later. So for all you that want to feel exclusive, there ya go. Personally, I say let it be exclusive for a year, then open it up to everyone else.
Also, they have TAF in the office...
Yeah, to me it was one property that already existed, one that would be done as an original.
My mind immediately went to Ghostbusters for the original, and because it is a Williams/Bally table, Johnny Mnemonic I think would be the other. Adding in the wrinkle that Data East/Sega is on the way...
Here it is, guys.

Hope you Europeans appreciate having it first thing in the morning!
Listen, and let the speculation begin!

Hey, did you hear? There's a kickstarter for The Addams Family starting! I know, right?
Bobby King let the BlahCade pick his brain for a half hour, all for the benefit of you listeners. We ask about the history of trying to get TAF into The Pinball Arcade, and what you can expect from the...
Everything you want to know about the TAF kickstarter, straight from Bobby's mouth, will be in the next BlahCade podcast. It will be posted Thursday. Yes, this will include all the licensing woes FarSight went through to get it.
Full story behind FarSight getting TAF revealed Thursday in BlahCade podcast, as well as some hints of things to come. You guys will eat it up based in all the speculation going on in here.
I was at my monthly league tourney this past Sunday, a TAF was there with Color DMD. I found it funny that for the 2 hours prior to the tourney, hardly anyone was playing it. I suspect because either a lot if these guys own it for themselves, or because they've played it enough to not need...
Funny you say that. I would rather listen to AC/DC than Metallica, but I'd play the Metallica pinball over AC/DC every time. The goals are just more straight forward which keeps me mentally involved rather than just trying to flip to whatever is blinking because I don't know what else to do...
This is why they need examples, because FarSight feels they have addressed the problem and aren't sure what the users are hearing. Direct comparisons like what you provided are the proof they need. This kind of post will help them isolate where the issue might be. What Norman described to me...
Hey guys and gals. Had a phone call from Norman, the audio engineer at FarSight. He needs specific examples of tables with poor audio, and what you are comparing it against. Saying "all of them" does not help. Instead, say "MM on PS3 vs PS4" and what your audio config is, whether it's coming...
Info about why BSD did not need a kickstarter will be in BlahCade Podcast 10.5, available late next week. You'll hear it straight from Bobby King's mouth, along with some other interesting hints I'm sure the speculators out there will solve in no time. Stay tuned.
At least I have a good excuse...computer is down, I'm at work, and no way in hell am I doing chat on my iPhone. Especially since then my spelling would look like yours!
Hehe, no! I'm saying IF they do another EM, it's gonna have to have something special like the zipper flippers on Fireball.
Don't go reading into what I'm saying, you cheeky monkeys :D
I've had discussions with various people at FarSight, and I brought up EMs. The simple truth is that unless it's a big time recognizable name, like Fireball, you're not gonna see many. There is no emulation, so they have to be entirely scripted. We all know how well that goes over with everyone...
Yep, I topped off once more with Star Wars, PvZ, Doc Strange. Come winter sale, Deadpool, Guardians, and Walking Dead will all be 75% off too, hopefully.
Bobby dropped a hint or 2 in an interview we did with him that will be in our upcoming BlahCade Podcast #11, so you all will want a listen when posted. ;)
