No New Game For TPA This Month?

Or, "I love Ghostbusters so much on TPA that I'm going to plunk down extra money to buy a flimsy and never-updated version on SPA. And since I love mid-game crashes and long load times, all the better!"

    Table Pack #67 Speculation

I wonder if FarSight is going to say something about this soon. I'd personally rather have everything in TPA than put all of the Sterns into one clunky, clumsy, and unsupported-for-nearly-a-year app. If that happens, there's pretty much the rest of season 7 and the "leaker" will be wholly...

    Table Pack #67 Speculation

Maybe the EM pack will be Whoa! Nellie! Let's face it, SPA never had a chance. Plus nothing about SPA has been fixed in almost a year. Maybe it's migrating back to TPA. At least the tables will have about 10% fewer bugs there than they did in SPA. I'll be okay with that, as TPA could...

Table with Easiest and Hardest Wizard Goals?

There are people on the boards who have played SC more than 1,000 times and still only have 20-25 of the 26 unique tokens. I personally have 25. But you are right-it may perhaps be the worst goal in all of TPA-even the 3M Genie goal-also a maddening grinder-is attainable. You just have to...

    The Simpsons Pinball Party?

Heck, it cost $5 to purchase the now-delisted Simpsons arcade game on Xbox 360 or PS3. It wasn't available for too long. But no kickstarter was needed. You would think FarSight, having established itself with TPA and with a decent number of sales over 5 years wouldn't have to go this route.

    Classic Stern Games?

I'm with you all on the Classic Sterns. But let's get that annual update first.

    Table Pack #67 Speculation

We seem to agree on this one. The latest selections haven't been bad, per se. Wipeout is OK, but I would love to see WH2O get similar graphical treatment. Firepower 2 is not bad, but IMHO, the original one blows it out of the water. Sadly, it's probably years away from software emulation...

Master List of Issues Within the PC Version

Pinballwiz45, you've just reached 3,000 posts. What are you going to do next? :) Anyway, thank you for pointing this out. Brandon replied to my post quickly, so I followed his advice and checked the integrity of my files. That was OK. I've noticed this happens when playing multiple tables...

    Table Pack #67 Speculation

Could be worse, you can always hear a crappy version of "Go Your Own Way" that's used to sell prescription drugs. I'd put that U.S. Commercial video on here, but that just might be enough to get me banned from TPA fans (and I've said some stuff before that amazingly hasn't done so yet).

Master List of Issues Within the PC Version

Thank you Brandon-I'll try that this weekend. dave950lam mentioned the EBD bug when playing Fathom first. That could be a possibility with SC as well, since I had played Fathom first before selecting SC when that happened.

    Table Pack #67 Speculation

What I'd like to see happen is for us to also start speculating which table will be rendered unplayable by the next update. It seems to happen every time we get a new table. Table pack #66 totally messed up Safe Cracker-with graphical glitches on the screen during play, gibberish afterwards on...

Master List of Issues Within the PC Version

1.65.12 in DX11 - Safe Cracker is loaded with graphical glitches on the top of the screen. Exiting out glitches the entire TPA game. Restarting the app returns to normal, but Safe Cracker messes it up again.

Master List of Issues Within the PC Version

Well, PFX3 is still just over a week old-and just getting the face-lift after seven years. But Zen seems to be addressing issues quickly. With all of the new standard features they offer (which are a lot), something's bound to come up now and then. I'd consider Zen the exception for now...

Table with Easiest and Hardest Wizard Goals?

I'm tempted to hack the save just for Al's Garage Band's 200M jackpot. I've earned it five times, but the goal never triggered. Twice I have e-mailed FarSight about that bug and they can't seem to duplicate it. I hate it when bugs prevent you from earning an achievement that is rightfully...

    Table Pack #67 Speculation

I won't knock them until I try them-but that "leaker" does not inspire enthusiasm about the rest of the season (or series, whatever the case may be). At this point, I just want (and we will never get) a redux of the first two seasons. There will never be better tables in TPA than the first...

    Table Pack #67 Speculation

Wouldn't it be funny if the clue had appeared in the newsletter like this? :)

    Table Pack #67 Speculation

You try roller skating with someone screaming at you that "IT'S SUDDEN DEATH! GO FOR THE WALL!" I don't see it in the clue either. And what's with the yellow? If it's Roller Games, then one of my most wanted tables is finally coming to TPA.

Let's just say he was well-respected (and employed by Stern)-until a little more than a month ago.

    Table Pack #67 Speculation

Just looked it up on ipdb. Uhh....you do realize who designed it, right?

    Table Pack #67 Speculation

I would gladly take Devil's Dare. But based on the yellow, it could conceivably be Pistol Poker. That one has been leaked, and it's cabinet is as yellow as it gets. Pretty sure the clue also referred to GB on SPA.
