Yeah...since when has there ever been a Penthouse Party involved in road construction.
Agreed, it's a fun table but all that yappin' Red does can get a bit annoying...kinda like Rudy in Funhouse. Too bad Ted is the one that falls asleep and not Red.
The Mac section of the forum is here:

You posted this in the iOS section...they are two different animals.
Already confirmed in my initial post as well as here:
http://digitalpinballfans.com/showthread.php/10255-BOP-crashing-at-game-end-again
Seems to happen on 64-bit devices according to RSchwantner from FarSight in the linked topic above. This issue comes and goes between TPA versions and bounces...
Looks like it's just to update the Xenon table with a better version (replaced the strange "door" reflections on the four fisheye mirrors on the backglass).
BOP still crashes after completing a game and tapping on the "Continue" button (apparently a 64-bit device issue).
Yes...that's one advantage to their devices. But at what point (and at what cost to the user) do these things start to get *too* thin and start to affect usability? As thin as a piece of window glass (which is what we are slowly approaching)? As thin as a credit card? As thin as a piece of...
Thanks...I'm going to test my iPad 4 in a minute and report back (have not yet done that). Unfortunately, all my devices are now under 8.3 so I can't test the iOS variable.
Well, the iPad 4 is verified under iOS 8.3 (what I already thought) but there *is* a variable here: it's still running TPA...
I just noticed that this issue has arisen, once again under TPA v4.8.0. BOP will crash TPA totally after completing a game and after tapping the "Continue" button. Your score will be recorded but you need to force-quit TPA to get the app functional again. Just a heads-up for this re-occurring...
Not really...no more than 3-4 clicks on the volume slider. Maybe earlier production runs of the Air 2 were not dampened internally for sound vibrations. Whatever the case, the Air 2 vibrates when sound is played through the built-in speakers, much more so than my iPad mini 2 or iPad 4. It's a...
iPad Air 2 here...no such issues as you describe.
One thing I did have to get used to coming from an iPad 4 was the Air 2's case and screen vibrations. The thinness of this thing has made sacrifices in the solidity of it. The case back is thinner than ever before and the screen glass as well...
Boy, there's some odd imagery on the playfield, especially the creatures/aliens/humanoids/whatever-the-hell-they-are at the mid and upper left side. That, along that oddly bizarre "dun-dun-dun-dun" slow-paced (at first) Atari 2600-like attempt at music. I don't think I'll sleep very well tonight...
I've done it about 10 times so far (iOS) but each time it happened, I certainly wasn't trying to do it...as Lord Boron stated above, it just sort of happened. It's strange to have it happen though and I wish I could actually do it while trying to do it.
If the simple things don't work (like a device reset by pressing and holding Sleep/Wake and Home until the Apple logo is seen), then a complete app delete/reinstall may be the only sure thing that'll fix it.
I noticed this as well...I initially thought my camera was locked (it never is) but after verifying it wasn't, looks like it's a glitch. Not a deal breaker though. It's a fun table but I like Jack*Bot much better as there's more "stuff" to do.
If you haven't found out yet, if you cradle the ball with the right flipper, then while cradling, shoot the ball with the mini flipper and it'll go straight into the left "Arm Nukes" hole.
That hopper screech sounds like a female scream...pretty startling, even when you're used to it.
It's impossible to retain your local scores if the app is deleted since deleting the app deletes the data in the app. It may be backed up with an iTunes backup however, but you can't just backup one app. And on top of that, the backup is sometimes NOT 100% complete. If the app developer stores...
The Season Pass (SP) is a great bargain if you begin the season with it and/or have purchased no/a few) other tables on their own. For myself, the SP on PS3 makes no sense because I seldom play on PS3, even on the tables I already own (6 or so). My preferred platform and the one I've purchased...
PSN/Playstation Store was horrendous for me last night after I got my TAF Kickstarter code. Getting the code from Farsight was no problem but logging in to PSN to redeem said code was trying, to say the least...I couldn't sign in for quite awhile. Then when I was finally able to, the PS Store...
