White Water - Arcade Single Player gameplay
I have been playing White Water for the last couple of days on arcade single player and am slowly but surely creeping up to a good score. I completed Wet Willie’s and got the Travelling Hazard Jackpot but fizzled out badly (wasting an extra ball in...
Road Show Tips
I’m slowly but surely finding my feet with Pinball FX3 on my recently bought Xbox One. I’ve been playing some tournaments (but am not a big fan because achievements and scores does not count in the long run) but my main goal I set myself is to see if I can get into the top-ten...
I have an Xbox One S and an old 1080p 32" LG TV and have no flipper lag in Pinball FX3. By the bye, I find the triggers to be more sensitive and to allow for finer control than the shoulder buttons.
Yeah... I looked at it and unfortunately it is at best a short term solution. What is basically comes down to is that we swop Xboxes by me making my home console his and he making his home console mine. That just seems like a recipe for disaster in the long run. The only other thing I can do...
I tried all I could think of. I managed to add and download the tables using the method you suggested i.e. South Park pack, as I previously bought it, and I copied the game over from a friends Xbox One (where I previously played it before I had my own), but then it says Pinball FX2 on Xbox One...
Thanks for the insight. My big frustration is that I only recently bought my Xbox One and thus did not have the opportunity to install Pinball FX2 before it was removed with the release of FX3. I installed it on a friends Xbox One at the time and I'm still able to play it on his Xbox One using...
I made a suggestion on the xbox ideas page. Please support it as it is a pity that we don't have access to many of these awesome tables any more. The suggestion might not show yet as it was still awaiting approval when I posted this...
Here is my suggestion...
Pinball FX2 is the game that I...
Irrespective if the effect is too exaggerated or not, it is still a vast improvement over the Vol 1 - 3 flipper physics and I’m sure they will refine it. I’m at the point now where I’m willing to wait until Zen implements the new Vol 4 flipper physics in the previous volumes before I play them...
I come from a different background; I have no real pinball experience, got pretty good at Pinball FX2 and never played Pinball Arcade due to the weird floaty physics. When Williams Pinball came out (I'm on Zen Pinball 2, Mac) I really struggled to get anything right and it felt impossible...
I'm super happy to say that everything is working smoothly again after I updated to MacOS Mojave 10.14.4. I hope it solves the other issues that cropped up as well.
Thanks for the reply. It is a pity we can't pull these tricks off like they did in the video. I built my own controller box and first had American style arcade buttons for my flipper buttons but realised that they are less sensitive than my Xbox One controller. I then orderer Japanese style...
Can anybody confirm this for me please or is it something on my system? Zen is busy looking at it but it will help if somebody else can confirm it as well.
I have a standard 13" 2015 Macbook Pro and up until recently all the tables ran very smoothly at 60 frames per second and enhanced...
I first posted this in the original Zen forum...
I did not realise prior to the release of the Williams tables that the skills I developed while*playing Zen’s original tables don't translate well to the “real life” tables, irrespective of the physics mode (here are some notes on my journey to...
Cool... here are two more worth checking out... ShoryukenToTheChin (he creates the official table guides for Pinball FX3) and discoking828. I also dabble in strategy guides (on the official Zen studios forum) with the idea of teaching people how to play strategic, systematic and safe. I...
Welcome! I'm also relatively new to this forum but enjoy the insight from this crowd as many of them have real pinball experience compared to some of the other forums where you mostly only have digital only pinball players. Since Williams tables came out, I lost all interest in the Zen...
I posted this on the official Zen Forum but thought that the players on this forum that generally have more real table experience might have something more to add.
After watching a few PAPA tutorials and skills videos, I thought I'll give the tricks a go in the game. I specifically looked at...
Pinball FX3 is not Mac compatible, but luckily for us, they are releasing the new tables (tables not being released on FX2 anymore) including Williams on Zen Pinball 2. I play it there (2015 13" Macbook Pro) and it works well. It does have notable shortcomings compared to Pinball FX3 (taken...
