To be fair Mark, I can empathise. I'm not the greatest Gottlieb fan and like you, I'm itching for better things. That said, this Gottfest has me looking at, and playing pins I'd walk past in an arcade.
For me, it's adding to the enjoyment of Pinball as a whole plus, giving a better insight to...
It's way to gobby but it did remind me of 'Ghostfacers'. No idea what America's Most Haunted is. I guess a TV show but the presentation is too spoofy, which spoils it.
Dan Dan the Pinball Man is right. Good toys, could have been cool, presentation ruins the appeal for me.
I swear there's an auto drain feature whenever by any miracle you have potential of a half decent score!
Irritating but I keep punishing myself again and again...... The only table where my neighbours mention they know I'm playing due to the extra loud swearing.
It may not need a kickstarter TImelord. The BBC aren't renowned for pricing their properties beyond reason but as the table depicts and contains 'dalek' samples, that would require Terry Nations (or his estate) permission as they are his.
The BBC did produce a dalek story without his permission...
Looking forward to season 3. As others have said, a good mix so far.
Just wondering if Chris and Jeff got any sneak peaks they can pass on from their recent trip? Unlikely but worth an ask...
I enjoy Marks posts. Good to have a rant now and then. Not to say I agree or feel the need to retort. At least he's a fan, after all, that's what the forum's about. If he feels the need to vent, go right ahead is what I say. If he goes too far then the Mods will step in. I've still bought every...
Nowt to do with TPA but this table is dull, dull, dull. Not saying poor choice by TPA cos some people love it I'm sure. For me it's one I shall play very very rarely.
That said, it's miles better than CO1812. Again, not saying TPA made a bad choice. Different strokes and all that but 1812 is...
Instabuy for me as always, and I'm sure a lot more of us. Really don't like these tables at all. Nothing to do with TPA, it's just for me, they're no fun.
Gonna keep practising though, see if they grow on me but to paraphrase Peter Griffin; I will see TPA next month.....
£100 says I'll be...
A little left field here but still with baseball in mind.....
We're starved in the UK with channel 5 coverage going the way of the dodo a few years back.
Got Apple TV but never taken the plunge in an MLB subscription. Anyone out there thinking of trying this or have already?
Running ipad2 64gb with latest IOS, minimal strorage space left, 2gb but TPA runs great. MB is a tiny bit juddery but hardly noticeable.
Hate to ask, as you probably have, but tried a complete restore and refresh?
The only odd thing on this Jeff is that the BBC have asked worldwide on a number of occasions, for anyone with old copies of lost episodes to get in touch, with limited success.
Miracles have happened though.. Eyes peeled for news from 'Auntie Beeb'.
If this is true and the quality of the recordings is near broadcast (format dependant) then this is massive news for the BBC.
DVD sales are a huge income potential here, hopefully meaning that down the years, Peter Capaldi's future is more than secure.
Looking at the OP's comments, could the key words be 'Amusement Park'?
Maybe a pin set to maximise drain, minimise potential for a player knowing the table to spend all day, thereby maximising return would have something to do with it?
I would suggest that while not being a huge Stern fan, a...
