I mean, i appreciate what it offered and it's been used rather well, but it seems more like a stale tradition nowadays than "the way" to keep score IMO
This would likely explain why I was so disappointed with Haunted House upon release.
People were pretty stoked about it, so I was expecting a Big Shot or Black Hole, but man it's a dud.
Well, Maybe...just maybe Stern decided that the distinction between LED and LCD is completely unnecessary, given that LED is just the backlighting used, instead of sidelighting with fluorescent.
But that's just semantics.
I'm going with EBD, but we're talking a 52-48 type balance here.
I just like playing EBD more overall. Centaur is still one of the best tables in TPA.

I know it's not the greatest table, but the theme more than makes up for the rest. And the table is good enough to be fun.
I initially hated RBION. After like 2 years, I played it, and for some reason something just clicked. I got it and I've loved it ever since.
I remember being really real ly very excited for Scared Stiff, and ending up playing Big Shot for some four months straight, even ignoring new tables...
Even though I definitely miss some people, leaving Fb has been the best thing I've done in a long time.

Space Shuttle is a fun and unique pin. Has the rich flavor of the early/mid 80s and some neat shots. It's really good when you just feel like shooting the ol ball 'round-like. But still has some great challenge.
Flight 2000 it may not be, but it's still got much of its own charm.

This is a pretty simple table, I'll be working on the table goals and not so much tourney strategies.
The toughest goal seems to be the 10 Specials. I will be not relying on completing DELUXE, though that will make things easier
