I used to live in Portland, OR which has to be the on-location pinball capital of the world. I'm in Denver now, which isn't too shabby either.
If you live in the US, you can consult http://pinballmap.com/ to see if your region is covered and find some machines. The adding and removing of...
Thanks for doing this again, Jeff. Some great news here, particularly about classic Sterns- it sounds like the poll is just for the first machine to be made, and there will be more to come; that's music to my ears. I'm not a PC user, but I'm really happy for you guys that have all held out for...
For anyone unfamiliar with these machines or having trouble deciding:

Sounds neat, but they'd have a hell of time finding one to use to make it. An original is basically out of the question. I think there were about 200 repros made as well, but collectors don't let them go without enormous asking prices.

Someone listed a Spectrum in Denver recently on the Mr. Pinball classifieds for $1100, supposedly in decent shape, although not shopped. Haven't seen one pop up in a long time.
Glad to hear you're adding Gamecenter support Zsolt, that's awesome. Seems to me that you should add GC support ASAP to deal with the lack of non-local high scores, and then work on your own leaderboards so when you approach max tables you don't have to combine anything on GC.
Just saw one of these go on ebay for $1000 in fairly good shape, ebay always being on the high end of the pinball price spectrum. Seems to be going a lot cheaper than the outrageous prices people typically ask for a regular EBD. Is this your machine Sean? If so, how much did you pay for it if...
Thanks for you comment, Bowen. I wasn't able to watch the Pinburgh footage yet, but I watched a good portion of the archives of the circuit final, and you and the team did a fantastic job. Very professional, and a great step for pinball. Much appreciated and keep it up! I've been watching the...
Wish there was a video of this in action. Full Throttle seems to be getting upstaged by WOZ, but it looks like a neat project. I remember seeing the original announcement on pinballnews.com when it was still Circe's Animal House, and it has actually come along quite quickly.
