for me this whole High Score mess and lack of speedy fix has been hugely damaging to the amount I play TPA. At least the "dicks" above are clearly showing there is a problem. I'm more concerned about the people abusing these bugs to get more realistic looking high scores which can't be...
I've got so used to the portrait on N7 that I'm not sure I can go back to landscape on the consoles unless they offer a portrait mode. I'd happily create a stand for my 27" lcd to work in portrait.
I'm not too fussed about the T2 table. But for the good of pinball and preserving these games, I will probably back the kickstarter.
Given the mess of the last kickstarters I'm interested to see how this one goes. I think you need to be prepared to back the initial KS and then buy the game...
still interested to see what comes from the new kinect tech. If the specs and marketing hype is to be believed - it could be quite an improvement.
Also what about IllumiRoom?
As I thought - MS clearly don't think the current technology allows a pure gaming machine to be sold in large numbers. The increment in performance is just too small. The same old games released every year has quashed consumer appetite.
Given MS have pretty much abandoned Windows Media...
love it when new tables are released - that new shiny feeling and chance to be competitive on the high scores.
Centaur sounds and looks great (nice 3D effect)
Plays crazy fast
When balls drain down the outlanes, the ball can bounce back onto the flippers - the animation here is really bad...

I'd never even heard of HDMI IN before.................... interesting to see more details on the LIVE TV / PVR support.
given the current climate and lack of tech progress - I don't think this next gen will be particularly well received. This gen will likely be more of a sidestep into other areas rather than a hardcore gaming machine (we need another tech revolution before that happens again).
I certainly...
I'm very envious of the regular updates and change notes from the developer. Farsight please take note. As much as I want Zaccaria on Android, I respect ASK for not stretching themselves and keeping quality high on the single platform for now.
I'd love all scoreboards to be wiped. At the end of the day, if your any good then you can repeat a similar score providing you have the time to invest.
My one big issue with wiping the score boards following this fix...................... what about all the other scoreboard hacks that are out...
It highlights the downsides to porting code across platforms. I presume we could get big performance improvements if the engine was tuned / coded independently for each platform (in an ideal world obviously where FS had more resource)
