    Left and right ramps for the combo bonus and don't worry about getting it all at once, do the combo award in two or three shot bursts if need be.

    Try grabbing a cheap rollup keyboard. I got one here one time for like 6$. A controller will be a better bet but I use the rubber keyboard for VP all the time. It's kinda weird at first but I got used to it.

    If you ever use VP, check out the table by BOB5453 "The Beatles" It's one of the best tables I"ve ever played on VP but unfortunately does not exist. Honestly, it plays like an EM or early SS but has features like newer tables (samples of beatles songs and fairly complex table lighting)...

Also, if your opponent is stunned you can score the KO by scoring a head shot instead of a body blow, so you don't need a smart punch but it does...
