Thanks Ben. I found that on mobile so know what you mean. Maybe Zsolt's team might be able to add extra sliders or extra movememnt for the Static lock mode if we explain what is needed. I won't be able to try it for a week or so but can you put your finger on what is needed? Is it more...
I got my email with the Steam code on Monday thanks, but unfortunately now working away from home so cannot try.
Has anyone experimented trying to get a good portrait cab view yet? Does the Cam editor allow full control of the camera position? Would love to see a screenshot of any cab views...
Wow shaderbytes that looks incredible! A great choice too! The detail is just excellent. I still need to catch up with your latest Elvis builds, but hope to soon.
One suggestion is to add another video to Steam which shows some tables with the table sounds. For the people that like EMs and old Solid State tables, they might be put off by the 'modern' music, but once they hear some mechanical sounds they will be sold on it.
But at least you can play the free table initially - sometimes I think getting things gradually is better - as a kid I used to save up a year just to buy one Atari VCS (2600) cartridge and man I really appreciate it when I got it, and played the hell out of it :)
I want this to be so good, but looking at the video it is just lacking realism. This is really apparent when the video flips between the Papa videos and TPA. The lighting doesn't look great and it still looks cartoony. I guess this is the 1st gen of consumer VR and it will get better in the...
Well at least the Zaccaria app should hit Steam in the next two weeks with 38 tables. If the physics are the same as the latest Android version then it should keep us entertained for a while until the TPA physics are sorted out
Please keep the settings per tables as many people asked for that flexibilty during the mobile development phase and it would be a shame to lose it. I definitely like fine tuning each table individually. Do others agree? :). A copy to all option might be better for those who don't like...
Not exactly Wiki-leaks but here is another update. I am sure no one minds me posting this (tell me if you do) and at least it shows these guys are still working on it. They may be slow but at least they are still in business and gradually delivering their promises.
Hopefully music to the ears...
In my cab I have VP, Pro Pinball, TPA and Pinball FX2 and they get played most in that order, however PinballFX2 I think I have only ever loaded half a dozen times. I am even tempted to uninstall it so find it incredibly difficult to see how anyone would want to pay a 1700 premium to get...
Unfortunately I don't have any time as helping my son's with his exams plus we are moving house soon so loads of packing in progress! You guys enjoy though :)
Sorry didn't mean to sound negative about your original post if it sounded that way - I just wanted to mention the actual company.
It is good news to see any kind of Virtual Pinballing making mainstream TV - can only help promote the hobby for sure.
