There seems to be a bug with the VAULT approach. It worked the first time I tried it, I got 3 tokens, but the next two times, even though I re-lit the VAULT without restarting the game, I didn't get any extra tokens. The only way I got it to work again, is by earning a regular token without...
Thanks for the VAULT tip. I've collected 40 tokens so far, which resulted in 19 unique ones, so still 7 more to go. I only got VAULT multiball once, because I didn't realize the letters don't reset, but now that I know the trick, it should go way faster.
Here's a vid of me earning this goal on a PS4:
It took me almost 2 months, where I would play one game a day, because I just couldn't take any more of the bulls**t drains via right outlane. My strategy was as follows:
First 3 planets are easy, because you only have yellow, green and blue...
Here's a vid of me getting it. Took about a week of playing 30 minutes a day (just couldn't stomach anymore). Ultimately you need to get good at shooting the ramp from the left flipper with at leat 50% success rate. Also you need to be comfortable transferring the ball from right flipper to...
You weren't kidding. Just when I thought the wizard goals couldn't possibly get more ridiculous, Farsight proves me wrong again. This sucker took me a week:
Good luck. You may be able to cause the glitch by nudging the table as the ball is being fed. I had another game where the ball would not launch because it was resting against the left side of the launch area.
Done with all Season 3 goals! I'm listing the tables in the order of difficulty I found them in from hardest to easiest. Also added the amount of days it took me to complete them in parenthesis based on trophy earned date:
Dracula (8 days)
High Roller (4 days)
Diner (2 days)
Lights Camera...
Finally got it done after one week of attempts. I was one shot away a week ago, and drained on the very last shot required, despite having 3 balls in the field. This table is just horrible when it comes to drains. Here's the vid, I score the 300M jackpot at 14:30 second mark:
Never heard of the movie before. It does have a 73% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and 7.5 on IMDB, so definitely not a stinker I was expecting it to be. May check it out while working towards the 300M Goal. Here's the trailer:
Got it on my 3rd attempt. Not sure why it worked that time, I guess keep trying.
EDIT: I actually figured out what I was doing wrong. I assumed that the red light on both sides is the 'Special'. Turns out the light on the left side is 'Extra Ball', while the light on the right side is...
Having the same problem on PS4. My first attempt was during a multiball, and it didn't count. So the next time I played, I did it during single ball play, and it still didn't register. Not sure what the hell to do now.
Go to PSN store on your PC, find the tables you're missing, and then buy them again selecting the price of $0.00. After you do all the missing tables that way, try restoring licenses again.
Finally got it, what a royal pain in the butt. I couldn't stand that dumb roulette wheel that would spin forever every single time you launched a ball. It felt like you could pretty much launch the ball, go make yourself a sandwitch, come back, and half the time the ball would still be...
Thanks, that should be helpful, will give it another go tonight. My current method was pausing the game whenever the LED display would pop up the values
I don't know if you can do it on the Switch, but on PS4 the clunky workaround, would be deleting game save data (you could back it up first to USB if you planned on restoring it later). That would bring all the scores to their original values (for all tables).
I tried it and it doesn't seem to work. It was hard to tell because the stupid game only pops up Jackpot counters while you're playing, and hides them the moment you cradle the balls. But at one point I saw my left orbit read 2x, while right orbit was 3x. If they were being collected at the...
Definitely on PS4. They added trophies for Seasons 2-7 shortly before that, so people bought the tables just to get those before they became unobtainable, myself included. Spent over $200 in a single purchase.
Thanks guys, this clarifies what he meant. Basically activate Super Loops by going around dice wheel twice. That makes either orbit shot count as the opposite shot during multiball. I wish I knew about it while I was going for the Super Surprise Goal. Also on PS4 at least, I can hit the...
