Not sure if I understand completely but I think you are saying some of the original Zacc tables could do with better sounds rather than the app itself? If so, personally I would prefer the sounds normally generated from the ROM to remained unchanged. ie: simulate the real thing. I know the...
No way! - a whole years work. Take anything else, the car, the wife, but not the vpin!
The evidence I shall upload, will be the truth, the whole truth and...
Jeff said: It's supposed to look similar to the Xbone version, so check out some vids/pics of that.
BBIAJ kindly posted some Xbox One dark mode (the only mode that matters ;)) footage here...
Not sure if you bought the tables/gold/etc. but if not I would definitely recommend buying the dark mode. Not only it will support the devs a bit (about 2 euros), for me it totally transforms the game into something special.
I can't put this game down, something that has never happened to me...
The only Pinball I can find in France is those in a bloody Buffalo Grill. Usually the glass is so filthy from people touching it after eating fried chicken with their hands. Puts me off a bit. They have Freddie and MM.
Would love to visit the Paris Pinball Museum one day with several...
When using an Xbox controller, it would be nice to map a button at the end of a game to click back, start, etc, so we don't need to touch the screen to play again. I prefer the in-game smudges rather than my own fingerprints. :)
Good news is they are generously adding 9 EMs announced a little while ago. We have 2, so 7 more I think.

These fellas rock
There is a chance, but I can't be sure. My current OS version is 4.21 and the version on the Amazon site I linked to is 4.12 according to their description.
My post is here:

I really like the tables from this era so much that there are so many tables very nicely implemented it is hard to choose ATM. I love the 2 EMs and to see them with gorgeous lighting is a real treat.
I like the default SIM physics but feel like a 3rd setting is needed like 'Old school'...
Thanks for suggesting , but that is exactly how I rotate the screen with the Acer, using software like this because the screen doesn't have a gyro/accel, etc. The apps like you suggest basically tell Android to rotate the display and this used to work fine, the whole display was rotated just...
For TPA I have only seen the new consoles in videos, and it is the lighting in dark mode that looks impressive, so it it disappointing to hear stuff is still low-res. :(
....and hot off the Pro Pinball press (27th Feb update):
"Got the simulation running on Android."
"Enabled true fullscreen mode on Android 4.4+"
They also mentioned needing to investigate perf issues.
Sounds like really good progress though.
Plays really smooth on my Nexus 7 1st gen so you will be alright. Only thing I disable is the room background (and sometimes playfield glass) but tbh in portrait mode you don't see it anyway.
Although I like TPA on PC and will do a lot more when DX11 comes, on mobile I never play it mainly...
I was thinking the same after a few more games tonight. The first version lighting was spot on perfect, and the much darker look is better in my opinion.
Edit: I noticed the Inside light default setting is 50% now vs the first release where it was 0% as default. Will experiment some more.
No unfortunately - In the 2nd screenshot above, I have used that very application to rotate the display. This app (and others) did used to work, but now the Acer version of Android intercepts the request a shows a 'fake' portrait in landscape mode with the sides cut off. There are a few...
