Xbox DLC doesn't usually come on Mondays anyway. I checked Major Nelson's lists. They usually only include some of the DLC. Much of the DLC that comes out isn't listed.
I played a real Haunted House, Xenon, and Monopoly and I would love to see those. I hope they wait a while on Monopoly, if it does come, since it's another Pat Lawlor with some similarities to his other tables (but with some nice twists like a policeman drop target and fun toys).
I voted Xenon, but I had a hard time choosing between that and EBD. I was also leaning towads Centaur, but I wanted to stick to one I played IRL. I wish Mata Hari was on the list. That is one fun pin. Then again, I wouldn't really pick it over a few of the others.
I think it's on both iOS and 360. When doing high score, I rather have just the original sounds from the machine than hearing the farsight sounds play with them.
From what I have seen in videos and played of the real table, the gate doesn't close when the bumpers or targets are hit on the lower level, even outside of multi-ball.

I agree as well. I don't want anything playing over the original sounds. I would like a way to see some of the attract presentations/light shows (like the one in Centaur where the voice shows off the game's features), as well. A way to do codes that are done before a coin is inserted and hearing...
I don't feel the same myself. I heard Xenon was at the arcade near my dad, so I went there and played it (and is it awesome) Some of these early SS came out the year I was born or a couple years later, and I still get more fun out of stuff like Black Hole, Haunted House, and Black Knight than...
I mainly want to see them becuase I like the option of setting difficulty if the game is too easy, but in most cases in arcade compilations and arcade ports like the ones from Cave, I usually use the defaults. A lot of times, the difficulty settings make very little difference.
No Good Gofers and Tee'd Off share a similar theme, but they play nothing alike. Presentation is one thing, but shouldn't how the games actually play be just as important (though I do feel Gofers is better, Tee'd Off is still good. I agree Gottlieb had crappy presentation for some Primer games...
Says the person who thinks Firepower and Black Knight suck. ;)
I love newer machines, but the simpler rules often worked to the benefit of some of the older games.
I started mid to late 80s when I was younger, myself (grew up with games like Pin*Bot, Baby Pac-Man, Taxi, and Comet) and I play...
I disagree with the Gottlieb hate. I'm surprised by some of the comments too. Williams better than any Gottlieb? Williams made some of the best out there, but Gottlieb made some excellent tables too, especially some of those from Wayne Neyens and Ed Krynski. PHoF had some good tables, but it was...
That game looks bad, even for 1983. I haven't played BBC micro pinball, but, telling from videos, it doesn't look like it's even close to the quality of David's Midnight Magic, Night Mission Pinball, Intellivision Pinball (these are from 1983), and arcade Video Pinball (late 70s).
HAL also did Pinball for NES (according to interviews with Iwata, he helped work on it. The gameplay is also extremely similar to Revenge of the Gator), Rollerball for NES, and Rollerball for MSX (a computer that was popular in Japan and Europe).
I was surprised to find out that Sonic Pinball Party was from the same developers as the Pokemon Pinball games, Jupiter. That one is pretty fun, though the saver on the Nights table is a bit too generous. There's also a JP only GBC game designed by Jupiter, Super Robot Pinball, that looks like...
