You are a gentlemen and a scholar Baron Rubik, thanks again. My Moga Pro controller works fine now. I played one game of Zen and it played fine. Zen is not my cup of tea but it was nice to use the controller for a pinball simulation. I just wished I liked Zen more than I do. One game and...
I knew that it was "B" mode game; however, I never thought about re-pairing the controller to the tablet after an update. I did get a software update for Moga Pro. Thanks for the help Baron Rubik and I'll give it a try. This info now gives me a lot of hope for controller support for TPA on...
Howdy netizen, being a fellow Montanan, Evil Keneval's name is actually spelled Evel Knievel. He was a wild man but there wasn't nothing evil about him. I grew up 70 miles from where he was born an lived his life, Butte Montana.
Thanks Baron, jaredmorgs and Day for your suggestions. I have given most of the things suggested a try and will try them again with different items. The main problem is trying to find the correct things to balance the tablet I am using and the recliner I usually sit in to play TPA. I never...
I've come to believe that that native controller support is not going to happen for Android. I got so excited at the end of June when the controller beta came out. Now I realize that everyone is very busy on projects that will make money for FarSight and I understand that. If controller...
Thanks Timelord for the info. My computer then fits the requirements and will patiently wait until the demo is put up on Steam to see if my computer can truly run this game.
These quotes came from this thread: http://digitalpinballfans.com/showthread.php/5540-system-requirements
Here's what I have for my computer:
System Information

I read this thread first thing this morning and boy it sure has bummed me out all day.
I guess and hope that TPA may work on this new computer that I paid way too much for.
I'm not sure that my Intel i3 3227u dual core with a 1.9 ghz processor and the intel 4000 graphics card will work well...
Thanks Jeff for link. It very well could have been High Hand. Maybe the Queen of Clubs was the Queen of Hearts and the King of Clubs was the next card, so I could have easily confused the two. http://ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=1173&picno=48614&zoom=1 . Also, the layout of the machine is right up...
+1 for your wanting another Gottlieb Hall of Fame collection with only tables from 75-79.
Gottlieb machines were the only machines available to me in the small town in Montana where I grew up. I sure was a lucky boy. I played the heck out of all of them that were installed at the bowling...
I agree, that was totally, radically fun. I am glad that I started to use the "What's New" button on this forum or I might of missed a lot of great pinball action the last couple of days.
First time I hooked my new laptop into the TV thru the HDMI cable. It looked awesome. I also found that...
I do have TCM HD, but most of the 30's and 40's movies still have the black bar, side bars. I don't like to stretch my screen resolution because it looks strange to me.
It's great when TCM does make the old movies into full screen HD quality. Favorites include Dr. Strangelove - Forbidden...
Sound -- There's actually sound on these tables;) - :p .
I have my tablet on mute 99.5 percent of the time I play TPA. I am either listening to music or TV when playing TPA. A good mix tape of great tunes can get one into the pinball groove.
The one table I do like the sound on is Monster Bash.
I never thought I would find a wide body pinball machine that I love. The other wide body tables in TPA are just brutal to me. I really appreciate the table playing so fast, that the ball(s) just fly around the table at times. Another thing that is so satisfying to me on this table is the...
My LCD TV will be three years old in November. My favorite TV channels are Turner Classic Movies and ME TV which has a lot of 60's sitcoms and other non HD programming. There is about a ten percent difference in brightness on both the right and left side of my screen.
If that is the correct, then of course I will go for the Steam version. A human can hope though for a high quality Win 8 version.
As long as I can push buttons for joy and also able get things done, I am happy. The only other Jetson's item I want is a Rosie the Robot and that's not far away...
Evel Knievel's son is still alive and well in Butte, MT and following in his dad's footsteps. I don't think that there would be much difficulty obtaining the license if TPA want to pursue the game. I also don't think that the license from the Knievel 's son would be that expensive.
