Radical! seems like it might be a fun table. I'm not a fan of the art, it's a pretty gross explosion of random colors.
Party Animal seems like all you would be doing is feeding the ball up to the upper flipper all game. Doesn't look very fun to me. The jukebox is interesting but without that...
Seems like a poor use of the space to me. Reminds me a bit of Elvira Party Monsters but with less to do. I remember this from my local arcade. No one really played it and it was moved out fast. I remember thinking the whole Animal Police theme seemed really contrived. When you look at it...
T2 is definitely overrated. Junkyard is too confusing for my taste, its better than Harley Davidson but similar. Tons of modes, no real rules, terrible video modes. Extra modes are supposed to be fun in Junkyard they feel like a punishment. Black Rose is like that for me too, the shark...
Yeah, what is up with the whole card game b.s. It's like someone thought of the joke "we will have 10 and it will be a chick because she's a 10, and then we will have the Queen and it will be a gay guy... GET IT! Ha, because he's a queen" And then they built half the table around that stupid...
I bought Season 4 without hesitation. Can't stand POTO, it is in my worst 5 tables ever. But I can't imagine I will end up regretting getting season 4. Out of 52 tables there are very few that I don't play regularly.
I think a lot of the better tables are designed so that the important shots are when you get a clean hit. Because it seems like when I just focus on keeping the ball alive and getting nice smooth hits the bonuses and goals just pop up. When I start aiming it's the slightly missed shots that...
I hope the EM isnt Fireball. Those tiny little nubby flippers don't look fun at all. I hope they don't do a EM at all. It is cool for variety when they were doing pairs but if that is the table of the month it will feel like a waste of money.
I like old table but why take a EM from the 70's...
Didn't realize this table needed a strategy. I cleared all the wizard goals and set the grand score just slapping the ball around. It gives out a crazy number of extra balls, I think I got as many as 6 once and multiball comes pretty regularly. As an average to below average player, this game...
Why does everyone keep thinking I am talking about cyclone? The picture of the clown with hat is from Hurricane. The clown in cyclone is less prominent and has no hat.
Is the clue usually so obvious as "party hat"+ "Twilight Zone" = Party Zone? And they consciously chose to make the hat yellow with blue starts it may be a red herring on their part but it can't be a coincidence.
Yeah, I get the "zone" play on words but it can't be a coincidence that they made the hat yellow with blue starts. Those are definitely blue stars not wave lines and it is yellow, only the bottom trim and ball on top are red/orange. Like the clowns red/orange hair and ball nose. And people...
HOLY CRAP! The next table isn't Party Zone, it is Hurricane. Go back and look at the clue. The hat is not only similar to the clown it has the same yellow with blue star pattern as the clowns shirt.
The clown in the center of Hurricane has that hat. That clue may just as likely be Hurricane as Party Zone. I haven't played either but Hurricane looks like a much better table than Party Zone.
I heard someone say Earthshaker is by the same designer as Whirlwind. Has anyone played both, is Earthshaker better? Because I am pretty "Meh!" on Whirlwind.
