Thank you very much for all the things digital pinball! I was just a lurker for the most part over the last 10 years, but I enjoyed my time here very much!
we still don't know what solution they will provide to FX3/Steam customers to get the tables they already paid for on a discount in FX4... so no need to get angry... yet!
I tested both versions: The Quest version I tested on the Quest1 and it's the same as Hinph said, it's kind of low res and stuttery. Then I testet the Steam version over SteamVR/Oculus Link cable on my Quest, so the Quest is only used as a display device and not as the device the game is...
From the Steam Forums:
Version 1.54.9 (10/3/16)
- Possible fix for game running fast on 120/144hz displays.
- Turned off H2H (wasn't supposed to be in last build)
- Fixed Harley missing parts on DX11
Version 1.54.8 DX11 crashes when selecting "Legal Notice" in the Extras Menu of Dr. Who Table
Version 1.54.8 DX9 crashed to a black screen when exiting the program. Windows is still working, but no mouse pointer or anything visible on the screen. Alt-F4, Enter shuts windows down as normal.
Same problem as Klades has...
Ati Radeon 7850 with 120 Hz monitor... game is way too fast, fullscreen or windowed makes no difference.
The only to get it running normal is to switch refresh rate to 60 Hz in windows... but that, I don't want to do.
