I read somewhere on here that this table wouldn't need a kickstarter to acquire it.

This is one of my all time favorites, and a great table to play in the dark. It's a simple table, fun, and would be great for this year's Halloween. Although I'd much rather have "Freddy: A Nightmare on Elm Street", I know this one would be much easier and cheaper to get.

Anyone else enjoy this one?

Sean DonCarlos has a bunch of major problems with this table, and so do I... Played it at PWA, and could not get any multiball.

Hmm? Dracula is on my list of ten real machines to play before you die. It's a very challenging machine, but very satisfying on those rare occasions everything works out.

You're probably thinking of Doctor Who, which is a challenging machine that I do not like. When I drain on Dracula, I can usually identify the bad play on my part that led to the drain. Doctor Who just drains because it can.

Weird, I remember you occasionally raging about losing the pity Mist Multiball... Maybe it's just me...

While I'm sure somewhere along the line I've let loose a volley of invective at Dracula during Mist Multiball, I can't recall ever writing about it here.

I've owned both Dracula and Freddy and its no contest. I was bored of Freddy after an hour, whereas Drac is a total killer game that I regret selling and will one day have again in my collection. Hell, I'd probably have a Drac even if I only had space for 5 games forever, it's so tricksy that it keeps you coming back for more again and again and again.

When you get the double castle jackpot and that bride of spawn or whatever she is just screeches at you then turns into a skull, and you get awarded a monster point score, it's totally epic. The video mode shooting werewolves in the cemetery is one of the best video modes in pinball (after level 1 which is way too easy). Trying to rack up the number of ramps is a fine challenge in itself, I can never keep track or remember when the next lock or mist is due, not like Bowen does on the tutorial vid, and he got up to 99 ramps which is nearly three times my record. And I haven't even mentioned the mist multiball yet, what a fine sight it is to be sure.

Get all three multiballs going and you're in pinball heaven. Thirrrrty Milllllion!

Whereas Freddy - the claw save is fun, the glove flipper is a nice gimmick, and the boiler room looks great ....... but basically for me, 90% of the game is looking at the fantastic Freddy head on the playfield. Looks great, but there's not enough game in it for me.

I absolutely love the Video for the Freddy Pinball table, it's so sick! (I'd love to play that one in the dark)

...but you're right, Dracula is waaaaaaaaay better!!!

BS Drac was already one of my most wanted, but this post by Dan made me want it even more.
