Flippers delayed/not registering

My flipper presses are either delayed or not registering at all! What the crap!

iPhone 5S.

Wondering if this is a common problem on 5S or I should take it back and get a new phone! Crap :/

I deleted and reinstalled the app (and all three seasons) and so far it seems ok.
I would have tried it earlier but, in the past, that never was the problem. Well this time I guess it was - go figure. Thanks for checking my account, though.

I sometimes get the same problem only to discover my thumbs are too low at the edge of the screen. It tends to occur with tables that have low flippers (e.g. Fish Tales) where you're compelled to keep your thumbs lower so you can still visualize the flippers.

Or have you tried washing your hands?
