This is an interesting set of lists, but I'd like to hear a little more about what went into them so we can have a discussion. Would you like to let us know how you decided on the 60 tables in your 6 lists? How do they compare to each other across lists? What about consensus top 10 picks for each category that didn't make your lists (I just noticed that TSPP isn't on your Top 10 Sterns)? Why didn't you opt for any early sold states for the list? Any of those would be a fascinating discussion (at least for me), so feel free to let us know the answers to any of those questions or to go off in a completely different direction.

The 6 companies listed in the original post appear to be the ones that are specifically licensed by FarSight Studios for The Pinball Arcade.

Of COURSE it's an opinion. The post clearly states as much.

This is my selection of games I would love to see on The Pinball Arcade, from Bally, Williams, Gottlieb, Data East, Sega, and Stern.

Your opinion might be (and apparently is) quite different from the person who posted the list.
You are always welcome to post your own list and give whatever reasons you would like for your choices.
Please note the post immediately prior to yours. This person might not agree with the choices made, but used them as a point to start a further discussion, not just to blast the choices made.

I've already warned individuals about thread bashing which I believe is uncalled for. Once again, if someone doesn't agree with or have anything constructive to add to a certain thread, please overlook said thread and move onto a thread that interests you. Things seem to be getting a bit out of hand lately, mostly with repeat offenders, and this kind of behavior will not be tolerated on this forum. The ability to post on this forum is a privilege and should be treated as such.

Thank you PinWiz, sorry I had a feeling this was going to happen. First S.A.M. Games then this. Well first off I didn't really get into pinball machines until The Addam's Family came out, so I'm not much into EM's. I did say theirs a lot of pinball tables I left out, including Jokerz, Demolition Man, The Simpsons Pinball Party and many more that I love that aren't on this list. I would love Jersey Jacks Wizard of Oz to come out someday, I only listed the big 6 Bally, Williams, Gottlieb, Data East, Sega, and Stern, because Farsight seems to be dealing with those companies. Also PinWiz I'm sorry I did this, but I found it hard to wait for the polls to come out, but don't worry I'm still voting in the polls to. This also took me about 3 Hrs. to put this together, theirs so many great games out their. I had to really decide hard which tables I would love to see in case something should ever happen to Farsight ( I hope their around for at least 8 years) imagine how many tables we'd have. Well got to go, if you have any questions good or bad go ahead and say it, I have no problem with it. These are just my opinions, I like the newer games rather then the old.

David, thanks for sharing. I think it's cool to see some variety on your lists. If everyone liked all the same stuff, the world would be a rather dull place.

It's also nice to see another Rocky and Bullwinkle fan.

One of my fondest memories is my parents playing Gilligan's Island having fun, when my dad seen me buy a pinball that was the first table he asked me about.

Too bad you didn't buy it... I know it's a little like BBBB, but still, the music is some of the best I've heard in an early-90s pinball machine and deserves to be heard.

I just found this post again, and wanted to thank Jeff Strong for the kind words. Yes I've played a Rocky and Bullwinkle in real life quite a few times and love it, actually I could play that table, Last Action Hero, and Jurassic park a lot if they come out on The Pinball Arcade. Captain B Zarre, I love Gilligan's island, Twister, and Popeye Saves The Earth, 3 pinball machines that are underrated and fun to play. I do not care what people think about my choices, and again their are so many other pinball machines I didn't list that I really hope The Pinball Arcade will release.
