Neither. It was the original "Fireball".

The original is the only one in my opinion. In some versions they took out the spinning disc or zipper flippers. I believe classic lost the zipper flippers and the home edition lost both the disc and zipper flippers. And FB 2 is just a different game almost all together. All look fun but the original is the one to have.

Agreed. Fireball Classic is an abomination.

Hmm, seems odd that a table in a previous poll has disappeared completely. I wonder if this has given us an unexpected hint as to what might be coming soon?

Anyone here played Spectrum? The playfield makes it look like a great table.
It's a rare game...only about 900 were made, and of those only half actually sold, but there's one on location near me: http://digitalpinballfans.com/showthread.php/3178-Bally-Spectrum-(1982)-Pics

It's like playing a combination of pinball and Mastermind (the color code guessing game) simultaneously. It takes a little bit to get used to - no plunger, no outlanes (but an extra-wide center gap), preloaded ejects (like ST:TNG's!) and the need to hit some targets and avoid others in accordance with the machine's hints make the play feel odd to those unfamiliar with it - but once you get your head around it, it's great fun, especially if you like drop targets and rollovers. It's not deep enough to be an "A side" table, but let's just say Spectrum would have made a much better pairing with Flight 2000 than Goin' Nuts! will.

When they say Fireball Classic, do they mean the original Fireball (because Fireball II is listed) or the home version of Fireball? If it is in fact the original Fireball, the wording should probably be changed because the home machine was called Fireball Classic and it could be misleading.

Edit: I see from the video that it is in fact the home machine. Interesting...

Had to go with the 90s DMD tables. Easily the most fun of the lot in my opinion.
Judge dredd
safe Cracker
Indianapolis 500
World Cup Soccer
Party Zone
Black Rose
corvette
And also Fathom and Xenon. Although I'm a fan of modern games these two are still great titles!

Ok, here's the lowdown.

Fireball Original (Spinning Disc, Zip Flippers)

Fireball Classic (No Zip Flippers)

Fireball II

Fireball Home version
