I would like a Risk pinball game. Base it off the board game, take over countries, with some multiballs to help win the war. Bigger countries when conquering them have more balls in multiball (ie Oceania only gives a 2 ball multiball, while somewhere like Eastern Europe has a 4-5 ball multiball). Each one with it's own set of shots to hit. You could probably also do it via building your armies, so you choose how many balls you lock before starting a battle to give yourself a better chance of winning the battle.

After conquering all the countries you get the mega multiball where you have to do all the shots you previously hit as the ultimate battle

EDIT: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Risk_(game)
For those who don't know what Risk is.

I would be scared of the tree battle.

Yes, the tree! Something for an upper playfield -> HH/BK!
This pin also needs a lower playfield, the cellar, where the book (Necronomicon) and the tape recorder is found. Perhaps it should all start in the lower playfield/the cellar, and you only can get to the main playfield once you activate the demonic spell in the cellar.
And an adjustment, I said that if all characters locked a ball the spell will be released, but this is not in line with the movie. Those possessed by these demons can only be stopped by total bodily dismemberment! (of course). I can only imagine the sound samples on this pin..

To kinda continue the horror theme, how about a Cthulhu themed pin? There are enough actions to either bring forth the Great Old Ones or keep them at bay. And depending on the right artist, a backglass that just might make you want to play only in the daytime.....

The Fly. With a set of "Telepods" on the playfield that allows instantaneous teleportation of a ball from one pod to another! The character Seth Brundle (you, the player) should collect all kinds of sweets, stuff that flies eat to get points. The more you score the more you are transformed into 'the fly'. This could be done visually by placing a DMD display inside the playfield for example (instead of the backglass), showing the transformation into the fly as DMD animations!

Speaking of teleporting balls, imagine a Portal pin. Tons of taunting voices too. There is no cake.

Optical illusions, like a hologram. A table where there is no real ball but instead a hologram that is projected on the table. The ball can do unnatural things like, floating above the playfield, morphing in different shapes, disappearing and reappearing and splicing itself into multiballs. Objects on the playfield can be part of the hologram as well, moving vector-like blocks that opens passages and changes the playfield completely.

I was thinking today that a proper skateboarding pin hasn't been done. I mean more like a sports-themed skateboarding pin, maybe with the license of a major tournament. Or just call it Tony Hawk pinball. I know we've had 80s-early 90s "Skateboarding! Yeah! Graffitti and hip-hop and DJ scratching noises!" pins, but one that treats the subject matter more like a sport, like you would with an NBA pin... more of an arena than street theme, would be a nice take on it. Lots of potential for cool shots, too.

Heed the warning on the DMDs of existing machines, say NO to DRUGS.

Here, Operation. This would make a great playfield! Add a couple of bumpers and some slingshots..

I've been thinking about this for a little while. We've had whitewater rafting, why not have something to do with the snow? I'm picturing a log cabin, a snowman/men (maybe a powerball you shoot around the playfield as a "snowball"?), obviously over-endowed women in tight, fluffy clothes (and perhaps even tacky, porno-style men a la Future Spa) and all the other sorts of goofiness that wouldn't be unusual in a Revenge of the Nerds/Bachelor Party/Weird Science-type movie.

Hell, tie it in with WH2O and have the bigfoot's cousin in the yeti make an appearance (even as a toy).

I remember that table from about 1973 never scored the first point but kept me busy for about an hour.

Piggybacking off the camping theme could be a machine themed to the National Parks.

Perhaps a machine themed entirely to the concept of money and stock markets.

Has there ever been a machine themed to an African Safari?
