I'd hope that they just stick with TPA for Steam since... Steam doesn't require you to have any specific ESRB rating, nor does it care about the content of your game so long as it isn't blatantly racist/pornographic. It makes it a lot easier than having two separate apps to curate, and it keeps most of "pinball history" in one place.

I had seen the second table a long time ago but the first one. Big D...nothing like "laying all out on the table" eh?

The whole story about Big D... (IPDP) :
Designed by Herb Silvers of Fabulous Fantasies. Only four games were produced. As of 1998, Herb reported 1 is in a gentlemen's club in New York. 1 is in a private collection in Texas, 1 went to Wurlco in Philly and Fabulous Fantasies has the proto, complete with DC electronics and sound effects. In 2001, one was auctioned on Ebay. In 2002, one was reported in a bar in Washington, Missouri called "Big Johnsons Doc Haus". Only its backglass had come from Fab Fan; its then-owner had brass-plated the metal and repainted the cabinet to match the factory design. It was later sold to a collector in New Jersey.
The end. (mods are prowling around)

I think the main issue is that, save for a few select tables, most adult-themed tables just aren't that good. If the table itself isn't fun to play, the adult theme alone may not be enough for it to sell.

Sexy Girl is an official mod of Playboy. No Playboy license but likenesses (now old women)

Honestly, I don't think any real table design is too gratuitous for the main game; Phantom of the Opera shows a woman in lingerie, there are numerous sex jokes in Medieval Mayhem, and The Machine: Bride of Pinbot was modeled after the female anatomy. Big Bang Bar's dancing woman is colorless and shows no nipples on the toy's bust. Also, I don't think the vomiting, alcohol, and moaning are enough to give this series an "M" rating as there have been tables featured that have had those elements.

How about cyclone? the old Cyclone... it's the pinball table that devastated America all those years ago and should obviously only be played by mature adults.
