Now Beta open 4 all or is this page only for Kickstarters?

While I already know the answer is more then likely a NO because its unfair to the kickstarter backers however....
Any chance of maybe like a open beta? maybe after mostly everything ( a RC if you wanna call it that) is done, like the week before release date open up beta testing? (maybe like a early release to ensure everything goes smooth?
