Heh, Rocky and Bullwinkle was actually in the tournament bank at INDISC this year. You can see it around 5:00, 2:23:00, and 4:52:00 in the video (I may have missed some times; I only did a quick scan through the thumbnail images and I watched this almost a year ago). I can't remember ever seeing it in any other tournament. Data East games seem to be very rare at top level tourneys...I wonder why
