Bram Stoker's Dracula insists on an investigation of Farsight to determine who makes the table decisions? He was quoted as asking "Who Dunnit?". Dracula is never someone you want to p1$$ 0ff!

It would be best to release this table as soon as possible and leave sleeping vampires were they lay.

Yeah but BSD would never hit it's KS target, unless you've actually played the table then you don't know your missing out of one of the great pinball tables of all time, which is a real shame. If a table /IP as well known as Terminator 2 just bearly managed to hit it's KS target then what hope does BSD have!? :(.

But I'm sure one of the FS staff said it probably wouldn't need a KS to bring it to TPA, plus it wasn't in the KickStarter table poll that was run last year but instead in the Williams poll which it finished 2nd. I guess October will answer our questions, but it will be sods law that we end up getting the Stern Dracula table in October as Its an easy licence to get and in doing that will probably put the final nail (Steak) in the coffin for BSD ever coming to TPA :(

BSD will arrive in the year 2017, The Novel was first published on 26th of May 1897... you see the connection, its not a speculation; just a celebration :)

If the novel is from 1897, then it is public domain. Assuming the tables is based on the novel, tere's nothing to licnse so a kickstarter isn't needed. Reminds me of Phantom of the Opera in a way.

Nobody knows if bs drac would need a kickstarter and of so for how much. If it needed 25k then that is a different situation than 100k. T2 is a way inferior table and it wasn't surprising it had a rough time getting the money it needed. Plus if Addams is done, who knows, it may pick up enough extra to cover other licenses for future tables

Personally, I think that FarSight could handle their Kickstarters more efficiently than they have in the past. If I were them, I would look into a mass Kickstarter, placing either a moderately popular bang-for-the-buck license (kids, can you say Stargate) or a massively expensive license that everyone wants (personally, I would vote for LotR here, but I believe that the TAF supporters have this slot on lockdown), with other licenses as stretch goals. As long as they meet the base goal for the initial license, FarSight will keep all the funds, even if they fall short of acquiring one of their stretch licenses, which could potentially give them a sizable licensing trust fund depending on how much the Kickstarter took in. Alternatively, FarSight could investigate other crowdsourcing sites, with an eye towards sites that let all projects keep any funds they bring in, not just projects that meet their funding goal (I believe that this is the policy of IndieGogo, but I could be wrong).

Anyway, I'm hoping against hope for either Breakshot, High Roller Casino, or Lightning for Table Pack #25, but think that one of the High Speeds, Jack*Bot, or Junkyard would be a more realistic prediction.

Based on the Table Packs of Season 3, the pattern has gone Williams, Bally, Williams, Bally. That said, it is highly possible that we are going to get a Williams for Table Pack 25.

According to this list, unless Farsight acquired the rights to use "La Grange" for The Getaway: High Speed II, Earthshaker! is the next table on the list after Black Knight 2000. So, it is likely we will get Earthshaker! for Table Pack 25.

Another possibility is Monopoly, since Who dunnit has the iconic quote "Go directly to jail. Do not pass GO. Do not collect $200" (which I am unsure is trademarked), and would link one Table Pack to another.

Since both Earthshaker! and Monopoly are Pat Lawlor designs, and since we have yet to see a Lawlor table this season, I predict we will in Table Pack 25 with one of the aforementioned tables.

The "go to jail " line in Who Dunnit consitutes fair use as it is used as a parody, or what have you, satirical/joking use.

I would love Monopoly but the way Farsight is talking now with licenses of any kind, I'm not holding out. I think it's either Earth Shaker or Diner, with a slim possibility of High Speed.

Lawyers will have a field day with that one, LOL! It is entirely possible that at least some of the vintage tables released back in the day did not aquire the rights to all the assets used. It was a different world back in the 70s, 80s, and to a lesser extent the 90s. Corporations weren't quite as sue happy back then, and oftentimes disputes were handled under the table. Rights holders didn't really start to lobby congress to crack down on infringement until after Napster / File Sharing took off starting in 1999.

I think they could release junkyard.
That way they would get rid of the announced table.
At first I thought they wouldn't but since they do who dunnit after bk2000...

I would be totally happy with EarthShaker. That's my favorite table from the remaining Bally/Williams poll winners that doesn't have ANY license attached. Actually, I would take it over probably any other remaining table, except maybe Dracula.

Not sure where you're getting the "5" from. So far, according to the official websight:

Season 3

Fish Tales
Black Rose
Black Knight 2000
?

That leaves 7 tables remaining. Wierd, because if each season had 10 "packs", that would place Fish Tales at number #21, so shouldn't the next table be #24? Unless the original starter pack of four tables counts as #1.
