Do you what know the biggest thing missing(or missed) from pinballarcade(in my opinion) is? answer: a more accurate representation of a credit crack. this simple addition, would require very little effort, and make a big splash in the realism department, figure, these guys do remarkable work on these tables, I really don't think they could be that much better, of course there are a few items that irritate me, but to put all that effort into recreating A TABLE TO MAKE IT AS REAL AS POSSIBLE, AND THEN TO REPRESENT THE REWARD OF EARNING A CREDIT WITH A 1980's Atari sound that isn't even close doesn't make sense. where is the wood??????

You're talking about the knocker? Like when you get a match after a game or credits from a High score?
Our sound guy was actually talking about changing this, so I'll bring it up with him again.

ya some of the mixes on the sounds are far to weak.
The Knocker is weak..the bumbers sound great tho..the electro magnet fireball ring on TOTAN sounds fabulous. but other mechanical sounds are very subdued..I'd love for the games mechanical effects to sound more chambered and prominent. I'd love the sound of the ball contacting material not to sound like "Tink" but be more of a THWAP or THUNK!

Is your sound guy Steve Ellenoff, he does your Rom Emulation, I think that is part of the sound am I right. I have him on Facebook, he worked on Visual Pinball for a long time for Rom Emulation. When I talk to him I'll bring that up, he is a really cool guy, I also would like to ask him or you guys at Farsight if their's a way that you could get the music or sound effect when your adding a Quarter, sometimes their's some amazing sounds with certain Pinball Games. You guys should know you own just about all the games their, so go wherever a wild Pinball Game is and put two quarters in it. Of course I mean from the 90's and up, EM's don't sound great putting quarters in, they can do it on Visual Pinball, so I can't see any problem with your Unbelievable App, also I love Safe Cracker, you guys do an unbelievable job of bringing these Awesome Machines to life, now I can't wait for the S.A.M. Emulation to come out.

just to note, i always thought tpa's knocker sounded more like a whip-crack than a wood-cabinet "konk"... but i wonder how good or appropriate -that- would sound coming from a digital app? it might be kind of "contexty," how that comes off... still could use an attempt at a touchup or a replacement, maybe perhaps... :)
