I surprised myself a bit with ToM... but it's just a near-perfect implementation of the real table, the only reason it plays easier is because it's a virtual pin and not real. White Water doesn't surprise me at all. TZ gets a low vote right now because of some serious bugs that make it unplayable. Some - lookin' at you BoP - get lower votes just because they're too easy.

No surprises on the top rated tables. I am a little surprised at how high T2 is. Of course I rate BK2K as a 10, which I'm obviously in the minority of. I love it.

Its probably losing some points to people that are upset at being owned by the outlanes. Its still pretty close to the top though, even though it should probably be a few places higher.

I am not sure what's happened behind the scenes but i think t2 has been tweaked. A Lot. It is significantly smoother to play and a lot more fun as well.

I much prefer T2 over STTNG. I like the theme better and it just plays better.
Next Gen has ridiculous outlanes and I find the ball lock shot nearly impossible to hit on iOS.

What platform? Maybe it's the Vita version I just don't care for. It didn't get patched with the rest of the tables.

On iOS it plays much different than the first few months it was out. I was always having balls hit the orbit posts or sides of ramps and now they go really smoothly right up. They still don't always make it all the way up but this happens less frequently. I also have less cheap drains out of the outlanes which was a bigger problem when the game first came out.

I think I just need to play it a bit more. I've been mostly working on trophies, and T2 was one of the first tables that didn't have trophies.

the outlanes aren't an issue if you make your shots!

also you are right that it's very hard to hit the lock shot, if you are trying to do it from the left in-lane feed. the trick is to hit from a cradle or a very slow roll (say from a dead pass). I won the STTNG kickstarter tournament with a score of 108 billion, mostly by hitting that ball lock shot over and over and over. the game took about an hour and I went for nothing but borg multiball the whole time.

Exactly. This is one table that severely punishes you for missed shots. Play slowly, methodically, cradle the ball, and make your shots.
