I wonder if he may had started suffering symptoms of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE). I am sure he had many concussions during his stellar career. It causes people to things like suicide. A good example would be Junior Seau of the San Diego Chargers. He was only 43.

Harrisburg has many, many burrito options. The aforementioned truck is run by one local enterprise (Soul Burrito), there is also Neato Burrito which has half a dozen stores in the area (my personal favorite), there's a decent burrito stand at Lancaster central market (if you want to drive 45 minutes... but the market's good for a lot of stuff, the pork chops can be amazing), and of course the usual chains: Moe's, Chipotle, and bringing up the rear (and possibly venting out the rear a couple hours after eating it), Taco Bell.

There may be many others yet to be discovered....
