It's a clear sky chart used for astronomy. Predicts how good the sky will be for viewing. White is bad, and black & dark blue is good. It's broken into hour segments. That's the chart for a location near me. It's updated every couple hours or so. Wednesday for me is rain all day long, that's why it's mostly a sad white graph today.
