I might be complaining but not at FarSight.

Sorry! but have to disagree with you, it's down to Farsight that there are bugs galore in Pinball Arcade, it's down to Farsight that since the last patch released I can't play White Water, I also feel Farsight could/should do more, just saying Sony have the patch is not good enough, I've bought all their tables for both PS3/PS4 I feel they should be getting onto Sony UK/Europe to get this sorted for all their long time customers.

Sony obviously take no notice in the slightest to us customers, therefore Farsight should get up off their a**e and find out exactly what's going on, well over a month now since the patch has been released in the US, this is simply not good enough.

I'm now totally sick of waiting week after week and being given false hope, Farsight should try much harder for the sake of their customers to find out exactly what Sony are playing at and if they ever intend to release the patch, all this messing about is not good for anyone, simple as that.

I can pretty much guarantee they're doing exactly that. What makes you assume they aren't?

Given Jawads response this week he is implying that it failed certification ... probably cause they dont want to update the dlc i guess. Either that or he's just BSing as usual. Maybe Farsight could confirm if it failed certification or not?

If it has failed certification then there's probably only one of two outcomes -

Either we never get the mega patch and Farsight submit an euro exclusive patch (which ups the release number, but doesnt update any DLC files) which means we can still get new dlc.

Or this is the end of the road for us and we no longer get any support or new dlc with the possible exception of PS4.

If it has failed then theres no 3 option of us getting the mega patch proper since SCEE has already taken 3 months to decide to reject it in its current state.

"This is currently with our guys and the publisher." which very much sounds like a certification rejection, and bounced back to the publisher/devs to me. :(

Could possibly mean that. I'm sure Farsight will clarify.

You'd think FS would hear via their publisher what the exact problem is?

Actually NOT being their own publisher killed it on the 360. If FarSight had been the publisher then it would not have mattered that Crave went bankrupt.

Nope you you've got it completely wrong, it did matter and it is exactly because they self published that killed it. The issue is that Microsoft forces indie developers to sign with a 3rd party publishing company in order to release a game on XBLA. This is unlike all the other digital platforms, where indie devs can self-publish. It was fine until Crave went bankrupt and it was cause they didn't find another 3rd part publisher, and were not allowed to self publish either pre or post crave going bankrupt that caused the problems.

Whoopee, sony eu treating farsight like crap.

The Pinball Arcade You know what we know, unfortunately... we still haven't received a response since last week. We encourage our users in EU to get ahold of sony and complain if necessary, there's nothing we can do that we aren't doing, short of flying there ourselves and knocking on their door.
