I was going back and forward between the Pinball Champ 82 screenshot and an original photograph from ipdb: http://www.ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=1794&picno=38414&zoom=1 but I noticed that the flippers seem a bit too large as well on this table, making the gap a bit narrow. (Look at the arrow on the table and the flipper distance). All the Zaccaria App flippers seem a bit to big in comparrison to the real stuff. A minor adjustment is needed, that shouldn't be a big issue to update I guess. (I hope not?)

Looking forward to the new table and the update, good to see TPA has some competition in the field! :)

We have sent the update v1.1 to Apple for review yesterday. It includes the following changes:

- ADDED a new pinball table, PINBALL CHAMP '82
- FIXED gameplay on TIME MACHINE
- FIXED gameplay on DEVIL RIDERS
- FIXED gameplay on LOCOMOTION
- ADDED iCade support
- ADDED Arcade and Simulation game modes
- FIXED Retina Display support
- ADDED landscape mode
- UPDATED physics engine that causes more realistic ball movement and bouncing, especially in Simulation mode!
- ADDED option for setup a custom camera

At the moment we haven't decided yet what other platforms should be targeted next. We want to finish development of iOS version first.

Arcade and simulation mode
Custom camera setup

These two items have me the most excited.
Also super happy to get a new table and landscape view.

Dl'd the free table. This app has huge potential considering the rapid improvements being implemented. The new high res table looks much better than the 1st batch. I assume the next update will upgrade the visuals for those. Physics are choppy when things speed speed up.

Overall this is shaping up to be something special. Keep up the good work A.S.K.

I'm not expecting miracles in one update, but as long as there is an improvement in gameplay I'll be happy.
I'm already in for the gold package. It was kind of an Easter gift to myself.

Nor am I, but it certainly shows the willingness of the company to improve their product aggressively.

Agreed, and I’m glad to see this. Hopefully, these improvements will eventually find their way into some of their other collections, too. And going forward, they should probably get a bunch of really detail-oriented pinball fanatics to help them with their beta testing. If they're really trying to make this into something special, they need a team of people that are going to sweat the details and notice all of the tiny imperfections.

One of these things that I’ve noticed lately is this: In Zaccaria -- and in all of their other tables, actually -- the camera moves to the plunger after you've drained your last ball. It sets you up for another plunge, and then at the last moment, it's all, like, "Psych! You thought you had another ball left, but nope. Game over."

It gets me every time. After your game is over, the camera shouldn't move like this. Perhaps it's just me, but I find this fake-out incredibly frustrating.

Indeed, the Gold package sounds tempting by just reading their update list! And already a new table, now we have TPA and Zaccaria tables to look forward to!

I just saw this thread this morning and after reading all posts I purchased the Silver package and Night mode. Also, I just added side flipper and nudge buttons to my iCade Core earlier this week so I'm really anxious to see the new update with iCade support.

I already posted the pics in the iOS iCade thread but here they are again since you asked. The new side buttons are wired into the original buttons so the original buttons will still work for other games. The new white buttons are flippers and the black are nudge. The buttons I chose are larger and better quality than the iCade buttons.

I also added an on/off switch on the back on the unit because the iCade doesn't come with a power switch (turns off on it's own after a period of inactivity). Since the iCade is essentially a bluetooth keyboard in order to enter keyboard mode for text entry you have to go into settings and turn bluetooth off; so with my new power switch all I need to do is flip the switch to enter keyboard mode immediately without having to go into settings.

The physics look a lot better too... could still maybe use a bit more life though, but a big improvement so far. Looking forward to seeing how this progresses. Hopefully they can make the flipper gaps more realistic too.
