You couldn't be more wrong about that.

Just because a game doesn't have modes doesn't mean it doesn't have "rules".

Actually Eight Ball Deluxe has 3 very distinct phases. Sink your balls, shoot the eight and then hit the deluxe. I love how easy they make your multipliers look too no rollovers for them just a string of targets. Targets of death.

Leaving aside the obvious choices, I really like the gameplay of:

I have way more than ten tables on my wish list. So, striking the licensed ones from my wish list leaves, in no particular order...
High Speed
Black Knight 2000
Any of the Capcom tables (always wanted to try Big Bang Bar and Kingpin)
Pinball Circus
Thunderball
Sharkey's Shootout (a real-life billards personality is in the backglass, but getting that likeness in should be easy)
High Roller Casino
JackBot
Hyperball (it's technically not a pinball game, but still, I want to try this one)
Jungle Lord
Varkon
Defender (getting the license from Warner for this one should be easy)
Spy Hunter (see above)
Striker Xtreme

I could go on and on with this...

Jack*Bot
Fish Tales
Red & Ted's Road Show
Earthshaker
High Speed
Cyclone
Whirlwind
Jungle Queen
Bad Cats
Diner

Can you tell I favor a games from a certain company and a certain era? As for the one that doesn't belong, Bowen makes it sound so fun to knock monkeys down all day. :p

I finally got a response from Kim at Illinois Pinball Co.

It looks like Big Bang bar might becomes a "No License Issue" table soon... :D

According to the latest interview with Bobby King, Big Bang Bar's license was less of an issue than the technical problems with BBB's emulation. Apparently the emulator is only about a third as fast as it needs to be to emulate BBB.

Here's 10 licenced Pinball Machines I would love to see on The Pinball Arcade from Farsight.

5. The Indiana Jones- Pinball Adventure
