Well, Shout! Factory had a very definite plan for the Kickstarter well before launching it. They also had really interesting rewards designed to maximize pledges, as well as stretch goals. There are so, so many things FarSight could do with the Kickstarters, but they choose not to.
Obvious one...
Deleted some nonsense and followup posts. "Jokes" like that certainly don't translate well in written form, and it's also difficult to follow for others whose first language isn't English.
I was mucking around on the forum earlier and reset some permissions. If you happen to be unable to post, or have lost access to some forums then just contact me through PM or through the contact info on the site. I think I got everything fixed, but there may be one or two oddities.
I feel for you, poposchmatzer. That's one reason I didn't order an iCade until they were already beta testing the support; I didn't want something sitting around that was going to be part of a feature they hadn't implemented.

I didn't say anything about a dispute, I said that the rights holder has to be willing to play ball. If some company is offering millions to license The Simpsons for something, why would they waste their time for a lesser deal?
I've played a few games of this recently, and the game is a bit of a mess on an iPad Air 2. The UI features a really small font, with things that aren't lining up properly.
my biggest issue is with the game itself. There's no sense of speed with the ball. It just slowly goes down the lane and...
"Most Favored" clause. For those that don't know, actors can often have this clause written into contracts stating that no one gets more money for something than they're getting. So, let's say Houston and Julia both had that in their contracts, and they were getting $10k for their likeness in...
I think it's a combination of higher sales on iOS and harder to develop for Android. You have way, way more factors to consider when developing an Android game, which makes it a lot harder.
