Yeah, I like to mix em up a bit. I'm partial for the early 80th but anything goes :)
It is the change of pace that makes it challenging, not a lode stone of rules... heh.
So what's up with the licensing? Do Farsight only have the rights to release Gottliebs now?
I haven't played PA for months, mainly because I have been doing other things but also because I don't find this avalanche of only Gottliebs to be enticing - a sprinkling here and there is okay but...
I always buy pro-mode as a future proofing. I am also of the mind that when I get friends over and eventually we might set up a little tournament one can set up the tables as hard as the programming will let you.
Well, I couldn't play in potrait mode with my rez but I am looking forward playing some modern games as well as eighties stuff in TPA.
Xbox got a 4.5 out of 5 review. Funny, thought Xbox was pretty close to PC with Dx and all... Anywho, here is the review for the X-box that would make you think...
I guess most people don't care enough.
For myself I stopped watching T.V. along time ago and now with Blu-rays and the new UHD-blu-rays I live in a land without comercials... well I watch YouTube stuff too but would actually stop if the comercials become too intrusive. I do stop watching things...
An other horrible trend is Moviestars salery... well that is not a recent trend I guess.
Still, makes you think about how much money is really floating about.
Edit: and yeah, gratis - good good *rubbing palms*
There has been mentioned a new physics engine (or a tweaked one) for Stern Pinball that was pushed forward; there was talk about incorporatingsome of that into TPA - any news on that, anyone working on a new physics engine at all?
I'm a little slow... Working all weekend and then some (6days total). Put in 1 game SS, nothing to write home about and I hope to do a little better on the second credit. Messin with my steam overlay, so no screenshot of the first try. Better make sure when I do a serious game again.
Warmed up...
Then there is no business in redoing them. And I kinda agree, I'm quite happy with what we got - still, could be even better but I am not abhorred in any way.
Season 8 - Refurbished tables. I would actually buy that because that is no more than what most companies do - an update on the game and sell it again.
S8 - New Physics Engine 4 from STERN development and ReDo the classic tables.
Those who don't want to re-buy the same stuff just skip it... it...
I feel you Extork; right now my jobb includes oncall duty - only that it doesn't... it's just that people just drop out from work and others have to pick up the slack.
So today it was "can you work Saturday?", well I got plans and it involves other people - I got a schedule that is changed every...
Great! Too bad I wont win, the price is really nifty :)
Like the games, Haunted House not so much but hey, it is what it is. I kinda got back a bit into it but I haven't been playing TPA, just pinball in general.
I wish FS would redo Gorgar backglass and spiff it up in general, really nice...
I guess it is the venture company behind STERN. Heard that Gary Stern doesn't own the company?
So anyway, they thought there prob is no loss in money in the Stern Pinball App and were willing to fund the extras...
I'm into a "do nothing state" and have been watching Pinball competitions and Ray's Tech videos and everything pinball - so this podcast will sit perfectly with my coffe :)
