Never played that, the theme would not attract me but if it is as good as they say it sure seems worth playing.
Seems I am not alone in struggling with too many numbers. One problem, illustrated very well by my post, is seeing and understanding the scoring. There so many numbers it is hard to...
Well; I've played it 1 time this week (to much work and not enough panache to play pinball eh...)
Got all wizard goals left, some billions... hundred of them EDIT: maybe not hundreds... too many numbers, ha! (wouldn't it be nice to see a pinball with 1p bumper scoring and highscores of a couple...
FlippyFloppys list on page 3 looks awesome!
Until Oculus Rift is released I would very much like to see a camera editor for each table and that the camera chosen for specific tables are saved. Including area specific camera; when ball enters area do this and that and so fast etc.
Camera speed...
I deleted the Rez resource file for Tee'd Off and Steam re-downloaded the data for the tables. Before that I checked ingame and the table was gone and the music for TOTAN played in the menu and the game itself was black, so it was properly deleted.
Still the clipping or mismatched wave splicing...
Bleh... On my first ball my extra ball stuck the camera angle over the plunger :(
Worked for the rest of the balls though. Haven't heard that was an issue on this table.
Well slowly climbing, but I only got time and composure to play 2-4 times a day. See, this working and earning money is...
The compositions on this game made me remember why I like 8bit music.
Got an emulation of the SID chip downloaded on my computer and will eventually fool around with it.
Swords of Fury looks and sounds like a great machine, hope we get it some day.
Watched TNT video about it and Brian made a...
Great. As a newbie I haven't even started to learn this table. Table of the week might not be made for me since all tables are fresh and exiting, but I still want to be part of it for sure :P
Mmmm, Fireposer...
And a Bonus Bug. We could also make a cry out for the bugs on the Table of the...
Damn I'm disappointed :(
Sure, I lack precision but whenever I get a good start I just don't seem to nudge it right and the rest of the balls are down the drain quicker than I can say.... something... something.
About 3ball. Isn't it just that you build bonus quicker (and some extra points), but...
Cool. Just tried it out. Wish camera angle was saved individually for each pin since I find sometimes a lower angel is better although I mostly prefer the top view.
Also player the Free Table Junkyard. Midnight champion, made me remember what time it is...
But surely the patch list is allot...
Hmm, might be the only chance to get a Paragon this season... not too expensive either.
I voted Fireball because it looked like a walkover for Paragon.
Yeah, worth thinking about :)
I'd love to hear what you think the differences between the platforms you play. I only got the PC and don't intend to get it on my phone; I'd rather read than play games whilst shuttling between places.
Ofcourse PC must be allot harder to play on because I haven't broken the 3mill yet :P
Finally got my 360 wrapper to work.
I prefer playing on keyboard but the digital nudge is just awful to use on this table. Needs lots of shimmying and smaller pushes (analog input).
Still, it is a pretty bad workaround. Now if one could incorporate a gyro on the keyboard so it translates to...
Yeah... Maybe one should just try to hunt for those three extra balls instead of points. I'm scoring less and less but the frustration is getting higher *argh*
When I got over a million I really thought I had cracked this pin - boy was I wrong. With this rate I be lucky to get 0 points in five...

Bah! Almost a million on the first 2 balls, that included an extra ball; so 6 ball in total.
But it proved to me that it was not impossible. Made some changes to my game goals.
Look out 3mill
Got Pinball Arcade this X-mas holiday so I've not played more than 30+ hours yet...
Liked Genie from the beginning but wouldn't say I am particularly good at it (or any table).
Thanks Cap. B. Zarre; I didn't know you could set the amount of balls outside of the Pro menu; saves me a bit of...
Well I know that if you run it at 120Hz it is smooth as butter and it is much easier to follow the ball.
EDIT- I will amend that I think you might be running at 120-144Hz already if you set your Desktop to that speed. The game will default to that. Lucky you in that case :)
END EDIT
I play at...
Not quoting any posts but I am thinking about the posts that talk about pros and cons.
According to Bobby King EM (and possible SS?) sells less than DMD and the viable option in early days was to package it in with a DMD with the table packs.
Problem here is ofcourse that I believe many of us...
UPDATE:
It ran at 60Hz because I was experimenting with DSR setting in the control panel.
Now I run it at 120Hz and it is allot easier to play.
I tried Adaptive Half refresh rate and it works but it does make gameplay harder.
Anyone who has the possibility to run their monitor on 120Hz should...
