I think there are still a ton of good tables left to keep TPA going for a good while. And the best part of that is that those tables aren't all modern DMD's. If a game's dlc is still selling well, why stop? How long has Halo, CoD, Resident Evil been going?
I was poised to pledge ($20) sometime soon when I saw the 'cancellation' of the Kickstarter. I never seen ACDC IRL so of course I never played it. But I will get it as soon as it hits the marketplace. And SPA will be a day one purchase when it hits Steam.
I would like to know how this got...
Would like to see Flicker, but licensing on an EM could prevent this from being made. Same goes for Capt Fantastic. Dealer's choice would be a fun unlicensed alternative.
Maybe we'll get EBD, though I don't think it was in the leak, plus we haven't had a SS table this season. Although S3 didn't have a SS, so it would be unique that way.
I only picked nine because of Dr. Who:
Johnny Mnemonic
Fire!
Swords of Fury
Nightmare on Elm Street (Halloween table)
The Shadow
A.G. Soccerball (pushed back to S6)
Spirit of '76
Seawitch
Bally Game Show
Laser War...........Laser tag was a big fad in the 90's and you can still go to laser tag facilities today. There's one here in Pittsburgh. And I guess this could include paintball - low tech laser tag.
I don't use custom balls, but if I did I would use ones that fit the table being played (some are obvious):
Elvira tables - eyeball
Ripleys, AFM - there's a greenish/goldish ball that looks like earth
Big Shot, CBW - Most would use the 8-ball but I think a white ball (cue ball) fits better...
I chose Air Aces, Wizard (flip flags!!!), Capt. Fantastic, Fast Draw, and Sof'76.
Ten Up was in the video with Dr Who kickstarter. I remember playing it's 'twin' Kingpin.
Table Pack #49 Speculation
Since #48 is Rescue 911 (which is releasing this evening), let's starting guessing what 49 will be:
So far we've had 6 DMD's, an Alphanumeric and an EM 2-pack. I'm thinking we're due for an SS table, so I'll guess Paragon.
Cool, Snorzel......And it has recent activity. Now we need some of our Italian-speaking/reading friends to drop some posts there telling them about Zacc for PC.
