    Williams' Collection Volume 6 guesses

Said in our interview with Mel, and it was what they hoped to achieve, not promised. But it does go to prove my point, in that people take these bits of info and then expect them to become law, and then they complain. Seems to me the best approach is to shut the hell up, which is why even those...

    Williams' Collection Volume 6 guesses

You can buy the retail discs, until all the printed discs are sold. Arcooda bought a whole mess of those Arcooda Pinball Arcade packs so that despite FarSight no longer being able to sell digitally, Arcooda could still sell long by essentially buying 'retail discs', despite them being purely...

    Williams' Collection Volume 6 guesses

They aren't ignoring their customers so much as not making promises that they then have to back away from. Look at it from a marketing perspective; you want to announce and then release soon after to capitalize on customer hype. If you announce too early, you give customers the chance to second...

When will the next Pinball Arcade table be released?

Zen doesn't over promise by speaking about anything until it is actually about to happen. There were plenty of things promised to us by FarSight that never came to fruition, which was the source of a lot of frustration then to many customers. Speaking of which, how's that new mystery pinball...

When will the next Pinball Arcade table be released?

Zen is just getting started. In that first season of tables, FarSight only released 2 licensed tables, Twilight Zone and Star Trek, and it happened at the tail end of a year's worth of releases. So Zen is right on track there. On top of that, FarSight had to crowd source funding which Zen is...

    FX3 backglass images

I just added images for the 5 tables in FX2 that didn't make it over to FX3... Football (Super League) SouthPark1 SouthPark2 SplosionMan PlantsVsZombies I also added in the generic pinballfx3 image for when a table hasn't been selected yet. All are now in the folder and available for download...

Williams Classic Arcade flipper physics and ball weight and physics

No need for that, as I've been in plenty of well lit, clean environments that had the most abused looking pins you could imagine. Even in "barcade" type locations, unless it's a new Stern, they often have tables that have obviously been on route for eons.

    Williams Pinball App Discussion

But see, this to me is what makes it more realistic. There’s been plenty of times when playing on a real machine that these exact things happen. I’ve never played one where I could consistently do the same thing over and over based on expected ball behavior. These machines were designed to drain...

    Williams Pinball App Discussion

What the hell?? I am not getting any of these coin gifts you guys are. And then when I go on the app and push 'contact us', it says I don't have an email setup with the app, yet, it's right there under VIP and I am clearly logged in via Game Center. Are you all on Android that are getting the...

So my numbers are a bit different, but that's because I'm playing in portrait and the resolution of my monitor is 2560x1440 on the primary, and 1920x1080 on the secondary. Orientation : 270 Dot matrix repositioning : On Dot matrix horizontal position : 3245 Dot matrix vertical position : 850...

    Williams Pinball App Discussion

Only spend the coin on the card flip for limited time challenges, not the daily ones. You next to never get a table part out of those while you always get one from the limited challenge. If you are playing the 3 daily challenges (I’m assuming you didn’t pay the coins to unlock the 4th), you’ll...

When will the next Pinball Arcade table be released?

It's real simple; FarSight does not want to pay the licensing fees that come with the licensed tables. Now here's my long winded analogy of an answer... Think of The Pinball Arcade as a car. FarSight bought it new with no other intention of having something that would drive them from point A...

    Arcade1up Star Wars pinball

I have a $12 IR sensor in my micro cab for my plunger. A physical plunger produced on a mass scale shouldn’t cost much. I get things have to be sacrificed to reach price point, but that’s why you bundle plunger only titles together and then eliminate the launch button. Once we get non DMD titles...

that's probably how the plunger will work, but I hate that.

    Arcade1up Star Wars pinball

This just hit me too... Arcade 1UP is dealing with some heavy licensing here. They even have NBA Jam. By partnering with Zen, is it possible the licensing burden gets shared and makes it that much more economical to afford something like NBA Fastbreak?

    Arcade1up Star Wars pinball

Looks like these are still very much demo builds, based on that video. Probably why no hands on yet. I do hope they figure out that squished DMD though, as it's the wrong aspect ratio. Letterbox that stuff!! Still wanna know what they're gonna do for games with a plunger. Skill shots are a total...

I’ve reached out to certain people and hope to have some answers soon. Got my fingers crossed that I can get my hands on a demo unit.
